My great grandson introduced me to disturbed. I'm 76 years old and heard S & G perform this, in concert, in the late 60's. I was completely blown away. I've also seen him perform this on Conan several years ago and was, again, just blown away.

Aurora was a little cold in the glacier cave and scared making this video, especially when the seagulls showed up. It was real ladder but not at sea.

For the "I went too far" video, Aurora went to Iceland to work with Arni & Kinski. This was all shot on location, including the ladder scene. The bay it is filmed in is quite large and gets very shallow during low tide. The ladder is real and quite long, although not a long as some shots imply. Aurora did climb quite high for certain shots and has said it did sway a lot. The water fall shoot took hours and was extremely cold.

Manon Reeper. Us eyour computer with a decent software and apart of the usse of your mic, evereything else should be digital. The old shcool m usic doesn't sopund anymore good at all. I have boyh in speakers and in my headphones Dolby Surraound, and iyt makes the music so much better, but record the music separately, and then react if you can't get it otherwise right. It is an complain, but not in a bad way... more like an suggestion to you.

Made the mistake of watching the Honda stage version of "I Went Too Far" first, and it's so good, I always thought the album version was overproduced. Really growing on me though, and cool video! She has great videos, and her latest, "Starvation", is bonkers. She's been called a witch more than once, and has said she would have been burned if she was born a couple of hundred years ago 😄. Fan of metal too. Was trying to find a connection 😂

Ahh, that was awesome 👍. That's my humor 🤣. Thanks for that ❤. Some of the thought my weird brain produced while watching: Do you know Red Fang? I'd say it's stoner-rock. And they have some really funny videos as well. Try "Wires" (Official Music Video). Great nonsense. And when you said they blend jazz and funk into metal Panzerballett came to my mind. A band that already played at Wacken and at Leverkusen Jazz Days 😁. Complex heavy, partly polyrhythmic stuff. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea. Try they 'Pink Panther'. They have the best Christmas album ever: X Mas Death Jazz. Maybe their version of White Christmas (feat. Mattias 'IA' Eklundh & Jen Majura) is something for a XMas reaction (Sorry that might be a bit early). 🎄😄 I love it. And finally I think 'Proll' or 'Asi' is the best fitting German word for 'Bogan'.

You seem to love videography. You would definitely enjoy music videos by a Norwegian/Swedish folk/progrock band Kalandra, made by Ragnarok Film. Try The State of the World for really mellow song, Are You Ready for more metal, or The Waiting Game fore something between :) Their videos are little movies, and their music is masterful.

About Aurora, here are 3 different live versions, to see how her music and her inspiration seems to always move and evolve: Aurora - I Went Too Far (Live on the Honda Stage): kzbin.info/www/bejne/j2Okoph-ZqyDqZY 20160629 - AURORA - I Went Too Far, Live at Roskilde Festival (Nordic Playlist): kzbin.info/www/bejne/ame4gqlrp8uGmpI 20170427 - AURORA - NRK P3 - I went too far: kzbin.info/www/bejne/onfbdaB3hqZopNU And here is a video where she speaks a bit on stage, before shortly explaining to the crowd the initial meaning behind the lyrics she wrote: Aurora explains I went too far Song: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eYKpeWWagLCXaZo And because you focused on the visuals: AURORA on filming "I Went Too Far": kzbin.info/www/bejne/pp2bdYmXaa2JbKc Very interesting artist, at all level, extremely creative with a talent largely in tune. Channeling a true breathing and living art. Well, in short,🙂👍

@@manondereeper Hey Manon, thanks for the invitation, but I'm currently not on Discord. The Tales have an order that's important for the story: Jenny, Screech, Violet. You can watch 'The Tale of Jenny & Screech (Official Music Video)' which contains the whole trilogy. Most people will suggest you to do all parts in one go, but only the correct order is really important as they build on each other.

@@manondereeper The individual parts of the tales are live one-takes. The story is based on an article Ren read in a paper. Jenny's and Screech's tale came out in 2019. Violet's tale came three years later. All the video locations of the tales and those of many other videos can be found on a special Google Map. Search for Ren's Brighton to find them. And: Money Game by Ren is of course also a trilogy, but the second part is a lyrics video.

I met TFN in 2017 in Prague. I bought a VIP ticket and I could watch the soundcheck and then before the show I had a shot of whiskey with them in their dressing room. After the show they came out and talked to every single person who stayed. They are the nicest bunch of musicians I´ve ever met. It felt like I had always known them. I will miss them. And yes Electric Callboy filled that void.

I think the point of the video was that the narrator is inside the cube. "In my dreams all I see is a crimson key - - Meant to turn in the lock for me" the second outfit/set is her in her dream where she sees the key and uses it to break the walls of the cube.

💥💢💥 Hallo Manon the Reeper, there's alot of ways to interpret this video and in my own personal thoughts it is about your own lifetime fears, and also that many times you are your own enemy, so the girls show this as a metaphor they show it somehow like when they were young and they were starting on music industry, many people tried to stop them by telling them to ( shut up {KNIFE ON THE WALL} ), and telling them ( u can't {FIRE ON THE WALL}) play good enough to be popular, like for example saying that PAU can't play drums because it is a men's instrument, this entity represents those haters, and I think that the reason why they weren't reflected in that mirror is because after they've buried those fears or negative feelings they went back to the present day and obviously, is not like they were spirits, simply they weren't present in that room anymore, plus I really like the details and dedication to this video, for example that they've chained their three instruments to prevent them to be sucked. I wanna tell you something, I think you will really enjoy seeing a video of Behind the Scenes that I found a few days ago, and I've never recommended to anyone till now that I found somone that I think will apreciate it so bad, this it the one kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYfKZZh_n6Z9as0si=fbFTowsZjaD8noc- LET MY KNOW IF YOU LIKED IT HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY. 🤘🤘🤘 VIVA THE WARNING
