Hi Rod, sorry to hear that. Unfortunately the wind noise on a lot of my recordings on the day was terrible and the music was used for no other reason than to block out the wind noise. Glad you watched it though

Great video! We have 119's sister loco no. 118 and also 123. 123 is having her boiler tubes replaced soon and should be back in service within the next 18 months.

@@DillonTrinhProductions Certainly has. As I said, it should be ready, not will be ready. 123s boiler is being repaired as I type this. So, barring any more global pandemics, she should be in service next year.

That small engine of the Beira railway was rather interesting, they had been classed as NG6 on the SAR but had a rather short life on the Avontuur line, but clearly much longer in private use. Do you know about the history of this loco after SAR service?
