These Porsche SUV’s are used for the Delta VIP Select program. Upon arrival to the airport a Delta employee escorts you through security, to the Delta Sky Club. At time of boarding, you are transported in (usually a Porsche) directly to the aircraft, where you board via private stairs. Upon arriving to your destination (at participating airports) the same process takes place for leaving the aircraft.

It's called VIP Service. Used for diplomats, politicians, the very wealthy, etc. There are usually spaces in airports that can't be reached without special permission by car. Inside are several almost like hotel suites with free TV, coffee, and snacks. If any delays happen these VIPs get to chill in their suites until ready for take off. The aircraft starts to back up a bit or taxi to a designated area and these luxury cars are then used to transport the VIPs onto the tarmac so the VIPs can board the aircraft.
