@zefirolly i followed the a recipe from a Russian zephir maker hers came out good and mine were a mess lol . The under whipped mixture might be my mistake thanks for answering I'll try mixing it more next time and I'll update u if u don't mind 😊

I can't thank you enough for this recipe! I have been looking for a good zephyr recipe in English for ages. Tried it many times and each time they landed in the bin. I tried your strawberry marshmallow recipe and for the first time I got results! I will try this one too. I got it from the comments that you can't make flowers with this recipe. Will you be able to share a recipe that is good for piping flowers??? I'm going to buy a stand mixer solely for this purpose. Please be good enough to share a flower recipe too. ❤️
