Greetings please i have issues with my own oven Actually am a newbie in the baking industry. but i was learning with an electric oven so i happend to have bought for myself a gas oven and my cooker has just one node to control both the down and up burners. when i did bake i didn't use the centre temperature, i went abit lower. but my cake happended to burn very badly from the side and under. then the middle of the was like all the oil from under and sides ran all to the middle. the the cup cakes i make rather puff up with alot of holes in the middle and the under and sites were burn too please can you help me out?

This is how i used to make it but i found out you need to add sake and mirin to really make it right but i always used sugar and honey which is not too conventional but cool
