Sure is right. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. Listen I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard. worth watch here now bit.ly/1cHcTa7?=zmsxx

u gotta be kidding! No-one comes close to the Gear brothers. They control the haka. They feel the haka. They are at one with the haka. It's in their blood, just as no-one can probably perform the Manu Samoa & Fijian ward dances better than those from those countries. Simple really.

Make sure you get a good bind on your hooker and there prop and just work with the team , try using calls so your team know when to drive.

yeh man stay as tight as possible, make it really hard for a second row to ge his head in, or tighten up once his head is in. After you hit the opposing team you want to chase your feet so that you have more of a drive and dont fall over in the scrum. Also, if possible, aim slightly inwards to prevent from un binding and keep the scrum legal!

i think he meant the scrum machine...

Play the limit of what the ref allows you to turn in, go low, hit hard and try to push the tighty down without going on your face,

so as to be an extra 15 feet away?
@lntcloudff12 жыл бұрын
that is, assuming you're a big guy, you must be if you play loose head.
@lntcloudff12 жыл бұрын
yeah, in a scrum, feet wide apart, on engage, lean forward, hit to the left of your opposite, and extend your legs, then push and drive. While not in a scrum, your running around, making tackles, and rucking whenever possible. If you didn't make the tackle, and are not in the scrum, call post, and get ready for your or their scrummy to get to the ball. Once the scrummy picks up the ball, try to tackle him, if its your possession, then get behind your scrummy, take a pop pass then crash.

@smford90 lol lucky for u im a loosehead prop, and i manage to drive my opposite number back every single time, firstly what u wanna do is make a huge first hit on the engage absloutly smash ur opposite number, second is to have a good grip on ur opposite tighthead , try to get your hand on the side of his shorts, when the ball is put in the easiest thing to do is drive INWARDS towards the scrum so that u get the tighthead in a sort of diagnol position and then u just drive from there
