I don't go to scale, as I promised myself, untill new year. But I already feel the difference with my clothes and face on foto. Scale just support number. Also I don't judge my food. I just eat everything in moderation, counting, think and observe, how body response. Hunger, fullness, feelings, write about everything. It's helps clearly realize did some products, or way, how they cooked, harm me or actually not. Very interesting. Love your video and spirit ❤

In begging it happens, don't judge your progress on it. For big people like us workouts even harder because of extra weight, so our mussels sometimes hurted too much. But recovery and long run on this way make progress. This year I started as person, who barely can walk, but now I can walk an hour. Still with fatigue and some pain, but it worth everything

First of all, you do very well. Little over deficit is totally not something, that you need to apologize. Number is really low, but if you feel nice, it's ok. And if you hungry, please, eat. Hunger is your friend, your provider to cool and healthy relationships with food. Good day, power of consistency. Very cool
@MelissaGeorginaFitАй бұрын
@rinzatto Thank you so much 🥰 my focus is fixing my relationship with food and also listening to my hunger signals. I'm so used to the sensation of being full, which is another reason I got to this size. Staying consistent and mindful💪🏽

Yeah, thank you. I spend twenty year on diets, and go from very healthy, but not "slim enough" body to underweight, and then, after my liver collapsed, to overweight so fast. ED catch me, and that was a rough road to freedom. I started my journey to more healthier weight a month ago, but before I check out all my thoughts and goals, because I don't want come back to hospital and ED. Thank you for this video, it's very important to see people with similar mindset

Thank you for sharing your journey with me ❤️ I’m so sorry you’ve had to go through that but so glad you’ve managed to fight through it and begin your journey again. Weightloss is like a rollercoaster there will always be ups and downs but as long as your drive to want to be the best version of you is big enough you’ll achieve amazing things. Goodluck on your journey, rooting for you💪🏽❤️

This video is nice to hear from someone who is currently going through a weight loss journey as well. I’m big right now I weigh 230 pounds which is 16 stone or 104 KG. Everyone around me is healthy and at a good normal weight and I always feel like a giant next to them. I do have someone who like to be harsh to me and make me feel small because of her own insecurities. One thing I have found to help me stay consistent the last few weeks is dancing, I just dance hard for like an hour or until I’m dripping sweat. It’s a lot easier than going to the gym and having to deal with that anxiety.
@MelissaGeorginaFitАй бұрын
@@hannahfoltz9826 Dancing is perfect for exercise because doing exercises that you like will make you more prone to sticking to it! It’s hard when you have people around you who can make things difficult and project their insecurities onto you, just remember you are capable of anything you put your mind to! Always feel free to pop me a message as I know how hard it can be when you don’t have anyone around you who can relate or understand. Good luck on your journey, you’ve got this💪🏽❤️❤️

As she said don’t look at the scale. (Actually musscle weigh more. So when I workout I gain weight) But ofcourse I get a more toned body. I must say that I loose more weight by walking than by working out… I don’t run, I walk 1.5 hours normally. Around 10.000 steps..
@mariapriest4106Ай бұрын
Muscle and fat weigh the same.
@EllaAmiАй бұрын
@ when I workout I gain weight and they told me that muscle way more than fat at the gym… I only weighed this much when I gave birth earlier. Now I just use my muscle. I can not gain fat…
@mariapriest4106Ай бұрын
@@EllaAmi You may gain weight because water goes into your muscle and whoever told you that at the gym they are wrong. Both weigh the same the only difference is 1kg of fat takes more space compared to 1kg of muscle.
@EllaAmiАй бұрын
@ muscle is fiber and protein help build them. You pee water… its true that 1 kilo of muscle way the same as 1 kilo fat. But I believe that a muscle is more firm etc. So the same amount of body way more if its muscle. That makes sense. Because look say you have a rubber ball that’s the fat and then you have the same size of a weight ball or a stone. Ofcourse that way more.
@EllaAmiАй бұрын
I am slim and for me it is extremely hard to gain weight..because then I would have to eat 3 breakfast, lunch, dinner and fruit. And be still. (I eat healthy) I walk around 13.000 steps (2 hours) every other day plus workout at home every other day…. Today is my rest day so I’m in bed. Walked/Ran 3000 steps this morning. So I just want to sleep and eat today :)… It’s fun to move and you feel way better.. not depressed at all. So I get helped by living active, you would too.. i swear. Been depressed alot… But right now I’ve decided that I want abs 🥰
