Shoot I actually live in the battlefield I would have loved to do this event. No green eyes but my family and I smelled a gunpowder/fireworks smell and legit fog came out of nowhere anyways ways we started snapping photos and I GOT IT. You can see the shape of a 8-10ft tall figure dissipating in front of a tree two legs, two arm,and a head. Lmk if you are interested

Hey Backwoods! I recently witnessed what I believe was a bigfoot sighting, and did some googling to find some local experts and ended up finding your channel.. I was recently fishing in the small creek by lake winnie (Near the parking area), it was almost dusk when a large animal (probably close to 10ft tall) approached the creek across on the bank from me (probably 15 yards down the creek from me). I had been quiet for many minutes, because I didn't want to scare the fish.. It creeped down to the water, and watching the the water flow. It then turned around, walked back up into the woods, and made a few "calls".. kinda sounded like an owl. Have you researched this area at all??

@@backwoodscryptids3608 I’m very timid to speak on the subject. During my research I’ve found there are a lot of big foot haters in the area. I’ve looked around there while fishing.. many Bigfoot TPs and unexplainable broken limbs/trees. Definitely a hotspot if you ask me. I’m a Bigfoot believer now

@Fgt221 lets look at what I have done while I am as you say " wasting time chasing something that doesn't exist" 1. I have made friends and am continuing to make friends and 2. I'm getting out getting fresh air and exercise. Also if you would do some research you would find that some of the known animals today at one time thought to not exist 🤔.

Awesome video brother. I love seeing places im familiar with. Being a Chattanoog an, I love hiking the crockford/pigeon mountain wma. The Estlelle mines area is prob my favorite area I've explored so far. Those tunnels offer some much needed relief from the heat when hiking in the summer months. Also, as far as Bigfoot research in the Chattanooga area is concerned, pigeon men has the most hits on the BFRO map in this area.

Brother that is part of the reason i do this is that that those in our area can see that we have cryptid activity right in and around our area cause with the huge number or show out there and television we never see our area yet we have old green eyes, bigfoot and dogman in the area and that is just what i know of so far.

One Bigfoot implies a large breeding population to avoid inbreeding. That means Mrs. Bigfoot, baby Bigfoot, stair step little Bigfoots, and Nanny and Papaw Bigfoot. And Auntie and Uncle Bigfoots, and many cousins. There is no evidence for any of that. My family owned the Pocket Farm and some of the Estelle mines for many decades, and I have been hiking, caving, and camping all over that mountain. No Bigfoots. Pareidololia can be fun.

My late husband & one of his friends & his 2 boys, were camping up there. It was Labor Day weekend 1994. They swear that they saw & heard a Sasquatch. There were parked, sleeping, near the top of the trail that leads to Rock Town.

Just hiked the Atwood a couple weeks ago with a buddy and startled something huge in the tall grass 10 feet next to us. There is a huge tree canopy down on the trail towards the end where the trail comes out of the woods on top of the mountain next to the field of tall grass. As we approached the downed tree, something black fur covered rose up in the tall grass and bounded away loudly. Thinking black bear or a HUGE boar as this thing was at least 5 feet long and about as tall , in the position it was in, as the grass it was hiding in.
