The 2025 Equinox EV has 300 hp. Not a big difference but a nicer number. I like to see range and horsepower in the 300s.

I really don't see the point of Blazer EV over the Equinox EV. They're the same platform, same drivetrain, same battery pack, same range, but Blazer is way more spendy.

I’ve wondered this too as there is not a huge difference in size. Ironically the Blazer seems to be a better Honda than a Chevy. I am interested to see how the SS comes out. Hopefully it won’t have the boat quality of the regular Blazer.

I bought the 2025 Equinox RS FWD in the black-out version, and I love it. There is more than enough power for everyday use. The ride is comfortable, smooth, and quiet. The tech is very good. Range is great. Home charging on a level 2 is fast. The ability to charge on the Tesla DC fast chargers for road trips is a game changer. My only complaint is the dashboard glare, which GM needs to address. Would I recommend it or buy it again? Absolutely yes! That said, because I'm impressed with the Equinox, I'm thinking about upgrading to the Blazer EV. I think GM is on the right track with their EV's.

I test drove an Equinox EV the other day. Nah. I think I will stick to my Bolt EV for now. It was like switching from a fighter jet to a self-propelled barge.

Drove both two months ago because I wanted to get that EV credit before the end of the year and we absolutely hated the Bolt. To each his own I guess? It's not the size either because I own an ICE Hatchback. It felt/drove like the cheapest vehicle I've ever been in, and we wanted to like it. We bought an Equinox EV on 12/27 and it's been the best vehicle I've ever owned.

Extremely disappointing engineering as Lexus was one of the first to come with electric vehicles. But to come out with a EV vehicle with a realistic range of 180 miles is embarrassing. The 220 is a lie. At least provide a converter so we can charge at tesla stations :( The Lexus executive in charge of EV vehicles should be fired. So disappointing for Lexus. Designed for old people who only drive around the city and charge a home each night.

Yes, it gets new tech, alright. A new, steering column mounted camera that cannot be deactivated, that constantly scans your face and gives you annoying warnings/alerts if it can't see your eyes or it thinks you aren't paying attention. Good luck with polarized sunglasses, as well. A complete disqualifier and deal breaker for anyone concerned about their privacy. (You know they're gonna eventually sell your road-attention "statistics" to insurance companies, don't you?)

Use the Costco auto program to purchase and save a lot of money and no market adjustment under this program. Only a few dealerships accept the Costco program, and you have to start the process at the Costco internet site under services and select the auto buying option. I saved about $6k if you consider taxes saved and no market adjustment.

They are forcing this BS on us .. soon everyone will be trapped in the city they live in because the charging stations will cost too much or they won't work or no charging stations where you need to go...not to mention the time it takes to charge... +1 hr for every 3 hr trip..

I love it! The fewer seats, the better for me. Lol. I'm retired. I don't need so many passengers. Lol. The good thing about the pilot is that you can fold down the 3rd row, and you can use the excuse that your pilot can only carry 4 passengers. Lol.

I owe 2020 model in Lariat trim. This truck performs very well. Despite having only four cylinder engine, I tow my boat with no issues ( approx 4,000 lbs). My model definitely lacks a modern infotainment, everything else is still working well after 88,000 km. Glad that Ford updated the interior.

Considering trading my 2019 passport elite for the 2024/2025 pilot trailsport. I have 2 big concerns being that I live in central california. 1. No Vtech. WTH. I love how sporty the passport can be when needed. 2. No ventilated seats. That’s ridiculous for a 50k vehicle.

I would like to ask if the CX90 can run on battery throughout the night without being automatically shut down. I know that PHEV will charge the battery by restarting the gas engine in a limited manner. Can the headlights be turned off in the night without moving?

First, no rear bench seat. Second, no engine temperature gage on the Pilots except on the upper trims (cheap bastards).
@SS-wm1wy
@SS-wm1wy 10 ай бұрын
I am baffled no reviewer finds omission of bench seat irritating. Is there really no one who needs 5 people in 2 rows and only the cargo in trunk? The so called captain chairs have tiny arm rests, so why even bother with captain chairs.
@SS-wm1wy
@SS-wm1wy 10 ай бұрын
A big miss is lack of a bench seat. Many people would want to seat 5 in 2 rows with just the cargo behind them on trails, while also sometimes doing 8 people road trips.

The cylinder deactivation since 2016 hasn’t shown to be problematic, lots of those are at 150k+ miles now Timing belt should be done every 100k or so, about 1000-1800 to do that and the water pump
