Do you guys hear yourself? “When your free trial has ended” yea I’m not paying $10 a month to start my car remotely. Also, just contacted Mazda to quit tracking my driving patterns that you have to tell them to disable as they report it to your insurance.

Dear Mazda Team, I am a big fan of your cars, and I have long dreamed of purchasing a Mazda CX-5. I live in Florida and recently visited your dealership, Mazda of Palm Beach, to make this dream come true. Unfortunately, my experience there was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of their staff. The car I was interested in was listed on their website for $22,000, but the dealership forced me to purchase two additional packages: Platinum Package Protection and Mazda Certified, which totaled $5,000. This artificially inflated the car’s price. I repeatedly asked the staff to remove these packages, as I did not need them at all. I fully understand my obligation to pay state fees and taxes, and I was, of course, ready to do so. However, I do not understand why unnecessary services and packages were imposed on me just for the dealership to make more profit. In the end, despite my desire to buy a car from Mazda of Palm Beach, I left feeling deeply disappointed. I eventually purchased a Mazda CX-5 from another dealership. While I am thrilled to now own such a fantastic car, it saddens me that my experience with one of your dealerships left such a bad impression. I hope you will look into the practices of Mazda of Palm Beach to ensure future customers do not face the same issues.

Randomly doesn't work on the days I really need it to. Doesn't even allow to turn on heated seats or change the climate control settings. MAYBE if it was free, I wouldn't complain. But this is ridiculous. Keeps saying "the server is busy" - absolutely unacceptable.
