Hi Shawn: so 1) the higher voltage doesn’t damage the caliper? (I can believe that since most 1.5 and 3 V circuit parts are dual rated and the low voltage allows them to both work, but not all!) and 2) you said how long you get now, but how long were you getting before? That 3 months seems close to what I thought my Harbor Freight is getting with 1.5V, so how much is the advantage really?

Why would you change from a puncture proof tyre to a pneumatic one ? May be cheaper, but way more expensive in the long run when you have to call breakdown out for a puncture on a regular basis 🙄

And, if you don't feel like destroying your chuck. You can soak it in PB Blaster and unstick it yourself 😂

I missed what you did to fix the inverter panel. How did you know what e-parts were bad and to replace them. I might try mine before I buy a new panel. Thx

I agree the fans an issue, problem is there's only 24volts dc on the feed motor most of the CPU fans are dc12volt the fan in the unit is 120ac volt it's the same in a microwave

I think the 2 screws on the dovetail are meant to help snug not tight. Then the ones from the side are meant to push it again so its snug but not tight. Doesnt make sense to tighten the ones at the back because them you cant adjust it.

Wait, but if you squirt the water through and blow it with the air, wont it stay in the AC and mold will develop inside overtime?

Not one of those large capacitors on my inverter were bulging. Mine has 6 large ones and they all look brand new. What else could it be? My inverter is the 8750 Predator from harbor freight. I see no burn marks anywhere. All my wire male and female connecters were snapped in pllace. The inverter module looks brand new yet the generators "no power" light is on.

Nice video thanks for helping. I just rebuilt an own generator 4K. Runs great and I have the remote start. I hooked that up from watching your video. Thank you ! I am trying to get the light and the and the hr. tack to work. I’m having a hard time trying to figure that out. It’s an old-school one from the 70s. I’m not sure if the tachometer and light hook up to the switch and then from the switch to the generator to 5 and 6? Any help would be appreciated, brother!

The Relay on the Printed Circuit Board (Black Box ) controls the Transformer Primary Input 120v Ac Voltage when you Pull the Trigger on the Welding Wand Torch it Closes the Relay and Feeds 120V Ac to the Transformer Let Go of the Trigger Relay opens Cutting the 120v Ac Voltage to the Transformer That's why there NO Voltage to the Wand Torch when the trigger is not Pulled . Another Upgrade that helps these welders is replacing the AC Power cord which is only 16ga to 14 or 12ga

i'm looking to put snowblower tires on the back of my rascal to give it a little wider stance and more off road capabilities. i'm going to try using the front forks and wheel from an 8" kids bicycle in the front fork head tube to give it a bigger front wheel if it is close enough to make it work. you might try something like that if you haven't upgraded by now.

The downside though, the motherboard will only support a maximum of 8 gb DDR2 memory. (2x4gb) I did the same to mine, but ended up scrapping it and saving the CPU for another project. T9900 was a great chip, but theres much faster stuff paired with faster northbridges out there nowadays. Great video!

If you solder in a button on the bottom spot on the board you can change between 11 different modes including thermometer and counter, stopwatch, decimal place change and others.. theres a calibrate but dunno how to use that mode. But you can wire in a reset button on the middle 2 pins on the little 5 pin deal which is needed for some of the other modes. Not sure where the thermistor would go on the board but maybe where the reset switch goes .. may need to solder in some supporting components for that mode cuz it just reads 32°f or 0°c and doesnt change..

not to rain on your parade but I took you speed control . by cutting the bottom of a used & upcycled k-cup I added cruise control to my Afikim C4 & due to slip the otherday on my ride I discovered my C4 has a throttle engaged on start beep code.I had speed c. engaged & accidentally turned off power with C.C. still on so C4 wouldn't start till I turned it off. I love my C4 hope to get a S4 some day. thanks for ideas. I am turning my ol Pride Rally 3 wheeler into 4 wheel total custom will be going to 26" bicycle wheels & tires maybe using sets of 2 per hub to have plenty of weight capacity . body will look like a micro mini 1922 Ford TT C Cab panel delivery truck. wish me luck I'll be watching to see what you have next. really looking forward to your retreading tires that you talked about on here
