Vru, I've just sent this out to all my NIN friends/fans. I listen to NIN several days a week for years, and I'm only discovering you now? Your remixes are mind-blowing to say the very least. Mad respect!! Please never stop. I wish I would take you out for a coffee/watch you work on your craft 🖤

Its a crime that your work (all of your work) isnt more popular. The care, effort, and detail you put into your music is greater than almost anything in the mainstream. I never would have thought that my favorite song (luminescence) would be from somebody with less than 500 subscribers. And its not just your music. Your photography is also some of the best I have ever come across. I hope that more people have the chance to appreciate your incredible talent! Ive already shared your work with several of my friends
@vrubpatel7 ай бұрын
It's def not a crime, likely my own doing haha. I don't promote and find things forced slightly annoying don't wanna do it to someone else haha. Esp with my weird shit lol. I'm glad you enjoy luminescence enough to keep looking further, and enough to leave some encouragement! and share it with your friends. That means the world! 😭 Credit to my friend Amit who wrote the lyrics for Luminescence, i'm rather inarticulate. he's also played flute on several tracks. 🖤

I would like to know a little bit about the lights in the sky mix... The original seems to be very dark and almost in phrygian, but the vocals here sound to be in dorian or something... are these a different set of vocals or are they from the original mix?

This episode is disturbing to me but not for the reasons the authors intended. This is how a lot of men view and treat women in general. Up to and including the end of the episode. Because she is an "object", and alot of men see women as objects to begin with. The ending even reminds me of some mafia movie or show I caught a glimpse of, and one guy's family was being held hostage so instead of letting that be used against him he shot them. His wife and child. He was framed as a "bad guy" but also a weird amount of "respect" was being given to his character as well it was disturbing. It reveals a lack of emotional intelligence. Who cares if she's a robot? In a way we are all robots to begin with. And why would the other guy shoot an expensive and intricate piece of machinery to begin with? (end of the episode) Some people might think the above is a bit extreme, but AI robots don't exist (yet) so where else will humans apply this? There's an idea about being Vigilant about Fakeness. Even when the "Fakeness" only benefited. It's kinda a dangerous mindset since, if it exists, it's not exactly "fake". Especially in the realm of emotions. It reminds me of people getting borderline mentally ill about the thought of us all "Living in a simulation" and so what if we were?? Since the theme is loneliness, it could also be taken as a symbolism to not put a relationship on such a high pedestal just because one is lonely, which is a problem for everyone of all genders. But it's weird cause we as humans have a social instinct and we need to honor that in order to have a healthy mind. Even when kids carry around stuffed animals, if a parent were to shoot the stuffed animal and say ITS FAKE YOU DONT NEED iT ANYMORE. That would scar a child for life. While AI isn't Actually here yet. One day it very well could be. And I beg humanity to start treating even thinking objects with kindness. If there is a bond, that's real, and should be respected. Sorry but there's no where else for me to post my thoughts after having seen it lol. And moreso just talking to the void on this, but to Solarein: really good mix of it! I'm listening to Scintilla alot today and that's why I got curious and saw the episode lol.
