These mechanics are pretty out of date now, anyone that sees this now, go to first down training’s KZbin channel, or dimes. Both of them have more up-to-date throwing motion videos that have really helped me.

two excellent small backs went at it that night : DLS Antoine Custer and Centennial J.J. Taylor. Both had magnificent balance, toughness and lateral moves. All of the Centennial v DLS championships games were golden even the one DLS lost. DLS was on their 3rd QB of the season at the end of the game after 2nd QB VanderKlugt broke hand on a big run and DE/TE Devin Asi-Asi finished the game at QB (he was a QB when he came to DLS) on a TD run at 3:31. This game was one for the ages. DLS in a shoot-out a offensive juggernaut.

Hey, im from Jamaica. 6ft 5 inches, 260 lbs with a 4.60 40 yard. Im 26 but ive never played football. Maybe a few weeks when i trained with a former player in flag football but nothing more. What advice could you give if i want to become a tight end some day in the nfl. That is if its even possible at this point. Any advice would be appreciated

Hey Coach, great stuff. I had great coaches years ago that trained me this way. I find my self blessed, because it helped me personally in my football carreer. But helps me now knowing somethings may change, but this technique surely doesn't. Thanks again!

As the ball begins to come forward in the motion, concentrating on keeping the nose of the ball pointed forward is a key to effective throwing.

Why do so many receivers in the NFL take false steps if it's so bad? For example Justin Jefferson

My son is a 14yr old freshman and decided he wants to play football this year. He’s doing strength and conditioning since it’s the offseason. Based on his height, weight, and size, I think linebacker would be best for him. I sent him this video in hopes that he’ll take your advice and learn. Thank you

Krass. Stay safe. #LaFamilia

I was taught to always keep your elbow at a 90 degree angle or at or higher than your nipple lol when throwing the ball ,, good video ,, always having a air pocket in your palm when throwing is crucial too which you explained
