Its problem is if you turn off the soundbar for a while and turn it on again... the subwoofer won't pair automatically and you have to manual turn off the subwoofer and turn it on again so the subwoofer would search for its soundbar and will be paired. This is annoying.

Hi morning how are you,I hv the same sound system u are showing on how to set it up but my system at first was working perfectly but just this days I was out of town,the subwoofer ad soundbar are not connecting to each other.i hv tried the three seconds batton it's not working.

Does it save set parameters (sound volume, bass, treble, and equaliser) after shutdown. Or after power off you have to set again treble, bass , equaliser etc?

My soundbar turn off by itself and it usually take very long time for it to turn back on is there a help for that

I didn’t use my HIsense 218 sound bar for about 3 months because I traveled, when I returned I turned it on for usage and I discovered that my sub-woofer doesn’t connect/pair with the bar , it only turns on but doesn’t play the music with the bar (only the bar plays) please is there a video or suggestions on how i can fix this issue and reconnect them both?? I look forward to your response

Hello, no it doesn’t you have to use either wifi or Use tethering hotspot to commect to the internet
