Based on one of his flavor texts, I think hades is next. Playing from the discard for hades, makes sense because that’s meant to be some type of graveyard, which is essentially the underworld.

A Pip plushie would be adorable.

Of course Lorcana must have an edge. And a practically limitless amount of empty space beyond that edge. Whenever a new story emerges (i.e. whenever Disney makes a new movie) that story needs to go somewhere. So a new piece of Inkland is generated to accommodate it. Originally, all of the oldest stories were located in the center of Lorcana, and the newer ones were arranged around them in a regular spiral pattern. But when Disney started to produce sequels and spin-offs, this caused existing story spaces to grow larger, off-setting the symmetry. The fact that Ursula's Lair is located at the edge.might imply that she found a way to create her own Inkland. Obviously, she would want her base of operations to be hidden away in an area not occupied by any other story.

One of the characters behind Bruno looks like the watcher from marvel 🤯. The mermaid is on Wendy darlings sapphire card in inklands. One theory I have myself is around the rules of villainy. And that is that the number of the rule decides when that character is going to be the big bad, this is the case with Ursula, but there’s still no second rule of villainy.

When Hades gets a set I'd love to see a Floodborn Titans that can shift onto any Titan, like Flotsam and Jetsam Entangling Eels. They could make a cool Illumineer's Quest with that as the boss!

your work is top notch congratulations! the only thing to improve is the tone of your voice, it makes it is tooo deep and monotone and is difficult to not space out; a bit more cheerful tone would make wonders to convey the otherwise great script and amazing editing skills.

I thought Aurora was the sapphire one, since there's a really close symbol in a bubble or something on hers. But it's definitely supposed to be Prince Charming. Kind of wish it was her, but whatever haha!

I love the story integration in this set. The first 2 sets definitely felt more like worldbuilding without a super-defined story visible in the cards, but if we can get more like this, with characters from different IP's interacting, Lorcaba could get really interesting, reallt fast

I agree that is a massive clue on Hades card, that he maybe the next major villain in the next Chapter. But one that I feel could also be a suspect to be the next big bad villain is Jafar. Take a look at this Set 2 cards Royal Vizer "Soon you'll learn who holds the real power!" and also his Set 3 card Lamp Thief - "I will rule as far as the eye can see". Add to that his Set 3 - Striking Illusionist" card where he appears to be controlling snakes/lizards that have the pink eyes and glow - with a changed version of his staff with also with the pink glow.
