I'm pretty sure some of that is virtual staging (i.e. - look at the bar stools). It looks like something my grandkids would do when making their virtual cities and houses.

The stager moved things around nicely, but the biggest difference in most pictures was the lighting.

Hi Audra, I've been watching a lot of your videos. I really appreciate everything you do. I am very torn between taking your course, and another company's course. I guess what's stopping me is that I can't see major presence on a few Social Media Platforms for the HSR. Is there a reason for this? I don't know why this is quite a major thing for me... but I guess it might be because that's one of the ways I would be keen on promoting myself, and by not seeing the HSR in those platforms, just makes me wonder if I'm gonna be taught good marketing strategies. Please take this comment as a very honest question, no bad intentions here. It would be a major step for me to invest in this course, so I just want to know that I'm making the right decision. Please let me know if there's a way I can perhaps have a chat with you directly, to clarify some of my queries? <3 I would genuinely like to potentially become one of your students. Thanks!

I’m liking the red tones! There are times of possibilities. The 90s are making a comeback so you could go in a throw-back contemporary route, or the spanish or Tuscan stucco/ terra cota feel with green plants and vibrant colors.
