This is a hugh shopping mall without roof and cars. I have a feeling that they close the streets on weekends. Streets are clean and a lot of different stores there. One stop shopping area.

Most if not all of the streets are clean in the cities all over China. There are mobile street cleaners and also people that keep the streets swept and cleaned.
