I've been there and done that-I had better weather though" Vancouver Island is indeed a beautiful place and I will be back there in the spring and will take the ferry to Bella Coola and explore the fjords and inlets around there-I'm now 66 and feel as if my life is only just getting started!

Wow, what an adventure!! I've just finished watching your film for the 2nd time and it hasn't failed to impress once again. What an achievement...you must have felt so satisfied after completing the trip. It already would have been amazing doing it in a group, but solo!!?? Tons of respect.

Very, very nice video. I was kayaking from Spring Island to Brooks Peninsula and back this August. I love to go back for a longer trip. Again that was an impressive trip you did.

I did the first half of this trip 20 years ago. It rained every day except for one. Conditions were so severe half our party quit. But I will never regret the experience.

I started this morning wanting to try my first spray deck skirt, but no motivation. Long story short, you played a very important part in another of your videos, then 15 mins of this video and my day had an emergency and your words and teaching made a great day better instead of a great day ending in serious trouble. AMAZING! I watched the second half now, and after a full days paddle, it's lovely to end the day watching you complete your successful, beautiful journey.

Mijn complimenten Albert-Jan. Geweldig avontuur, fantastisch vastgelegd. Wat je goed laat zien is dat zo’n trip heel veel uit Problem Solving bestaat. Of het nou materiaal problemen, energie of de omstandigheden je hebt overal een oplossing voor. Gefeliciteerd 💪
