DON'T GO! Worst Frontdesk Service Ever! I had to call a Police to get my room key reaccess. When me and my parents checked in last night, I got confirmation that me and our family would check out by 12:30pm and Answer was "Yes". In the Morning, I was moving my bags to my keys around 11am and then room key access was denied. I asked Frontdesk Spanish Women that I need an Access to the room, then she said "Checkout time is 11am, Housekeeping can't go home because of you" I told her I got confirmation we will check out by 12:30pm, but she says " Stop Yelling! I will call the Police" She doesn't even try to confirm with previous employees and doesn't listen to customers. My Parents and I were so disappointed with their service attitude. I said "Yes please do it" then, she changed her words "Police won't get here ever" and she's calling her manager to confirm. So, I had to call a Police and explain my situation. After 5 min, the police officer came and she renewed the room access. And then she and her other Spanish women disappeared from the Frontdesk. If Comfort high Managers or Owners of this Location who really care about customer losing, then you'd better fire those spanish frontdesk women and housekeeping. They are killing your Comfort Inn Business to UnComfort Inn. Future Travelers... Be aware of this rude and unkind service at Comfort Inn. She never tries to help and tries to fight you and care about their shift off to go home. My heart beats so fast still and my hand is still shaking. Worst Service!!!
