there is no inspiration.sexuality is sth private.no need to make it public
@m.k48017 күн бұрын
they shouldnt come out cause who cares?nobody cares and nobody can say that it is "normal" to be homosexual. everybody should be private about this issue.if someone opens up about it you automatically get bullied or treated differently at your work or in public.why do you desperately try to change something what is nature?i dont say it is wrong because god made him that way but we all know that it isnt "normal". no offense but just try to hide it and dont promote it as if its a good thing for the world because its propaganda for degeneracy. being an idol or stand for positive values cannot be being gay. there are a lot of people who are positive examples but they shine with their achievements like tim cook. gay people are human beings and should be treated equal but this doesnt mean to make that a "normal" thing. you cant fight nature

As a gay person, be aware of a cruel form of bullying that can occur in a predominantly heterosexual environment. Women/individuals may try humiliate a (gay) male about 'inability of performance' with members of the opposite sex (play 'psychological rape' games) or infer a male is making 'unwanted advances' at them. This can have the effect of displacing a victim into another psychological position, branding them a 'sexual failure'. Certain bullies will also try to verbally discount the use of modern terminology like 'homophobia'. In more sophisticated academic circles, bullies may place other minority groups in a higher ranking over a (gay) male, or try to discount the validity of being 'gay'. Use set terms like 'that's sexual orientation' to combat this form of behaviour.

Gosh does Tony Blair have a sense of humour, I know people don't like him for the war in Iraq. But he was lied to, the government were duped by Sadam and others into thinking he had WMD's. If it were not for tony Blair there would be more discrimination in the UK, he's done good things too!!!!

I find it quite strange that two of the biggest industries have polar opposite views on homosexuality. The British music industry has produced some of the most successful pop artists in a generation mostly have been gay and have all bought us magical music moments and songs that have shaped our lives and then football which is the polar opposite. I truly believe that the camaraderie inside a dressing room between players wouldn’t be an issue, most footballers couldn’t care less if they had an openly gay player in their team and as unit I feel they would be very supportive I think the stigma comes outside of that.

I’ve never been comfortable with the word ‘homophobia’ or even ‘xenophobia’ as I am (what I can only describe as a real life phobic) I suffer from Arachnophobia which is not a dislike or prejudice it is a real debilitating acute fear/phobia which is medically incurable. I personally feel that whatever anyone’s nationality, religious beliefs, sexuality are no one else’s business. I accept I speak as a straight man and am probably regarded as a dinosaur and I have mixed feelings towards John, yes I agree no one gives two hoots about whether someone is gay or straight but equally I fully understand that the world twenty or thirty years ago isn’t what it is today. Homosexuality has and or is stigmatised for one simple reason that up until around 50 years ago it was illegal and it takes time for that stigma to be erased. I believe homosexuality is equal to heterosexuality and has been around since the dawn of civilisation it’s the stigma that has trapped and pigeonholed into something that it isn’t. God Bless and Rest In Peace Justin Fashanu

From the Powell diaries: "I was at my desk at 8.30am on 21 July 1997 when an older member of switch called to say she had William Hague on the line for the prime minister. I was a bit taken aback. Leaders of the opposition have perfectly cordial relations with the prime minister, but an early-morning call was not routine. I told her to say we would call back. I checked with Tony, who was willing to take the call, and I asked her to get Hague back. Instead of calling the office of the leader of the opposition, she phoned the number the caller had given her and put him through. I listened with mounting horror as it became clear that it was a radio hoaxer who didn't even sound much like Hague. Staying on the phone, I asked the private secretary to tell switch to cut the hoaxer off mid-call. Tony was cross with me because he had been handling the conversation with good humour and said he had realised it was a hoax from the first. I was mortified by my mistake, and all day the call was rebroadcast complete with switch saying: "You don't sound like yourself, Mr Hague."

Sadly, her uncle did not simply “come out.” Justin’s reputation was so badly tarnished by his actions that he possibly made “coming out” a taboo. The documentary she watched clearly shows how he “came out” to generate a financial benefit. Also, after he came out, he ran from his troubles in the UK to the US. But he succumbed to more troubles in the US by being accused of having sex with a teen boy. Those are the things that breed homophobia towards him, especially in the 1980s. And , sadly, his actions possibly tarnished any other famous person’s desire to declare oneself as a homosexual.

With behaviour like Fowler's to Le Saux.... who he assumed was gay because he was relatively well educated... then nth will ever change. With the men you're dealing with there's no chance.
