Looks great Moray! MitreFix is my go to for quick assembly. That or reach for the hot glue. Have a look at Molotow spray paints. Really good cover, fairly low odour and they dry fast.

Great idea pal :) I just tried it on Bing image generator and had better results telling it to do a silhouette : a black and white silhouette Halloween image that can be laser cut

I have an old store-bought press very similar to that one! It also has cardboard pieces and then sheets of blotting paper to absorb the moisture. I've never tried to press something as big as a sunflower, only leafs and petals.

Looking forward to seeing how the sunflowers come out :) Very nice press btw!
