Thank you for the session, very helpful. I request you to bring more sessions on other units also for upcoming Dec 2024 exam. In this re- exam of June 2024 the question are quite difficult, so its my humble request to add on more units and help in the preparation,thank you. Answer to the question is option A.

Hello Learners, There is a small correction at 12:17. The word STATE does not mean just the Union government. It includes: Union government, State government and also All local authorities, that is, municipalities, panchayats, district boards, improvement trusts, etc. The same applies at 28:05 also. Thank you
