Hi Nisha, thank you for sharing this beautiful recipe along with a learning experience in the Indian culinary arts. Hope you’re still teaching. ❤ from a guy in northern Colorado.

What is the head note spice? Nigella or black onion seed. Then teaspoon of turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon of chili.

Main spices are: Tumeric, Ground Corriander, Ground Cumin, Kashmiri chilli powder. The Garam Masala powder always goes in at the end along with ground Fenugreek leaves. What she is making is a quick cheats curry which - is just okay.

I love the stuff, I always have the dried leaves - it goes into many dishes - Stay safe Nisha

Worst method of chicken karahi. Never put garam masala first with onions, always in last stage of cooking. The spices will burn.

Great video, excellent explanation timing. I may actually be able to make this one. Im in the mountains of honduras so there's hardly any variety of spices for oriental food or indian food. Are your recipies considered southern indian? I ask because when i lived in the USA, i tried both northern and southern. While i like both, my preference is southern style. My all time favorite is chicken tika marsala
