I suffered severe trauma several years ago. I was diagnosed with ADHD 20 years ago as a teenage. Spent my whole life fighting ADHD. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

Congrats on your recovery. Most persons never realizes psilocybin can be used as a miracle medication to save lives. Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death bud, lets be honest here.

1. Very often. If I'm doing or (thinking about )something when they come talk to me then I can't just stop thinking about what I was doing (or thinking about)... Also... If it's not interesting what they are saying it just passes through and through... Even if I say "Aha" "yeah" 2. I rarely leave physically. I very often leave mentally. I've been taught to not bring attention to me or bother anyone. (I agree with that way of being I'm not indoctrinated) But my mind just goes somewhere else. That's the good thing about the mind... It's yours it doesn't belong to anyone else. It's yours. You have freedom from everyone in your thoughts. (You are not free from yourself though) 3.Often. I always look for moments to just disconnect from everyone.. I think it's because I'm an introvert. But when I'm doing "nothing" unless I'm absolutely concentrated on what I'm doing I start to feel guilty cause I feel I should do something important and not just enjoy my time off work... But I need time to do stuff noone is asking me to do... So when I'm working I don't want to be working and when I'm not working I feel I should be. 4.Is there an option above very often? I do this all the freaking time. Some people like it some people don't. 5. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. I don't have bills thankfully. But when I do I rely on people reminding me I have to pay. I'm not trying to escape the debt. I just don't remember. And when I do remember sometimes I say. Later. Sometimes I do it. But nevertheless I'm known for being late for everything. But usually I also I don't want to be where I'm supposed to so... I'm late lol. 6.OOF. That hurts. I named my mom my official secretary cause I told her to remind me stuff. She's a great help. I can do things alone but most important stuff would be even later. As I said I don't have bills but I fear the day those things are my responsibility. I usually avoid being in debt cause I know I will forget. So I don't buy much stuff. But I live with my parents I don't have to buy furniture or things for the house. For now. And yes. I don't want to organize anything for my friends anymore. Approximately 21 Points.

I'm procrastinating now! There's stuff I need to do before I start work in 2 and a half hours. I scored 16. Been on a waiting list for a formal diagnosis for 4 years now. Got to the top of one list and was moved to another organisation's list. What happens when I get to the top of that list?😔

I'm a great listener. I pay bills early. I try to finish deadline projects early but am usually late for meetings but not appointments. It's jumping from one task to the next in a given day so that a dozen projects are partially finished.

I’m trapped in this narrow pocket of “managing”. On the outside: bills paid, clothes clean, do my job, clean my place, eat right, take turns, meet with friends. On the inside: 😫😬😰😭 !!!!! I feel paralyzed by the fear of burning my life to the ground. I just don’t try to do big or complicated stuff anymore. Yet this is so not fun and I’m near despair because I feel so alone.

Really good video. I’d usually come just above the middle of the range for some of these because of all the reasons you just listed. I don’t get up in meetings for work but I really want to. I do get up while watching films because it doesn’t matter. I don’t finish people’s sentences much because it’s rude but I really want them to get on with it… 🤣

Yeah, mentioning that we should disregard our coping mechanisms helped a lot. I was actually diagnosed with ADHD last year at 44 years old. I had a lot of built-in habits over the years that mask some of the symptoms. Like, I procrastinate HARD. I've struggled with it for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I got into the habit of doing something the moment I thought of it because I was just so frustrated with how much I forgot to do. I had noticed that my short-term memory is garbage and almost subconsciously developed a habit of trying to counteract it. Same with socializing, finishing sentences, staying seated... Every single question I would have answered sometimes at most until recently when I started really thinking about what kind of habits I have that are masking and coping mechanisms from living my whole life until 44 years old with undiagnosed and untreated ADHD. And honestly, some of them are still VERY hard for me to control. Staying put when I am supposed to, and being patient, and letting people get their words out are acts of sheer conscious will that sap a lot of my energy and make socializing that much harder. I scored an 18, and I probably scored myself as often a few times when it should have been very often. I wonder if changing the wording to indicate how difficult it is to avoid the behaviors rather than how often we find ourselves doing them would be beneficial? Because I am NEVER late, but it's because I over plan to a ridiculous level and use technology (thank you Google Calendar and phone notifications) to keep me on track. If someone springs something on me at the last minute it freaks me out because it makes it a LOT harder for me to create and execute a plan to get me where I need to be, when I need to be, with what I need to have.

I have cptsd and ptsd, and now know beyond doubt that I am asd and adhd too. My adult offspring are all following in my genetic wake and at 69 I've deftly learned to mask a fair amount of the shit which has plagued my social interactions and personal life since ever. This is most likely the reason I scored an invisible 13 here... Or maybe it was because it's way too late for a diagnosis to matter.? I laughed all the way thru the questions: so irrelevant. BTW I have a Psychology degree and taught for... some minutes before I got bored again and skipped off to the next thing which caught my fancy... It's so undignified.

I feel like the unusual glasses are just to screw with people. I started focusing on that instead of what was being said. Also, the layout of all the questions had number 4 and 5 reversed. Not sure if that's intentional... I scored a 19 when I decided automatic reminders on my phone probably counts as relying on someone else. I missed bills and trash day all the time before I started using that

It's interesting, without the comments I wouldn't score high but with? Like the conversation thing. I never talk over someone else however I very often get annoyed since I know what they are going to say but don't get to the point.
