So because he was a good and kind individual he deserved to be performing for a bunch of stuck up mongrels with no appreciation for his efforts? I think not. And while he demonstrated a sense of being a genuine individual every time I met him he also struck me as a man not a god with the ability to dislike a situation. My comment merely made the point that this did not seem like an ideal venue for this performer and he clearly (from some of his facial expressions) seemed to be agreeing with my assessment. But I'm sure your opinion is a more valid one than mine.

He was looking up as there were people on the top deck of the boat. I chatted before the show and he told me how he "loved this ;little boat" . We also talked about old times when we met in Richmond when he lived out that way. he loved doing these shows as he wasn't as mobile as he used to be and found it more personal and intimate, and easier.. Great bloke.
