JB property prices are almost at KL level

@@ncs2000 The quality of built is worst off than Penang and KL . Plus it lacks the cosmopolitan tenant mix. KL is the capital city where the rich and the foreigners congregate, only there you get the best rental and chance of capital appreciation compared to JB ‘s blue collar tenant mix. At that price you have no exit strategy the locals blue collar base cannot afford it.

@@ncs2000 precisely at KL prices . I will Buy KL and Penang anytime. And if they eventually decide to build the high speed rail , even better, go straight to KL from Singapore bypass JB.
