Hello @soulful528. I am the father of Andreas. I discussed this with Andreas. He told me that he is not braking (from what he remembers only in the big straight) but more on releasing the gas pedal befoire entering the corner (Slow in, Fast Out). For what concerns the width of the track, indeed this is somethign we discuss a lot and there is still room for improvement there. For the time, do consider that he is 50kg, meaning that the time (as well as the driving style) is not always comparable. Just saw that I have not uploaded his best time (53.9) will do so. I hold the lap record on this circuit I set the time on 24/09/2023 when i visited

Pista Park is a bigger and more proffesional track with a very layout enabling high speeds, close hairpins and diffference in altitude (something you do not see very often in kart tracks). Mega Drive on the other side, is a smaller and closer track with a very challenging layout. My approach is to drive in various tracks since it helps me on improving different skills. Usually it is a matter of preference, so I suggest to visit both and decide :)

@@loopmaster_5 The track is affiliated with racefacer so you can access and see all the records there. From what I can see now, the best time in RaceFacer is 53.103. From my side, last week I managed to drop below 54 running on 53.905 but still have not uploaded the video.

Yeah, with 50 kph, it is so fast..

This video is with the 200cc karts of the track in the context of the Sodi SWS Junior Champioship. The track , gives you the option upon achieving a specific time with the 200cc to advance to the 270cc, 390cc and to a 2-Stroke 125cc kart. As you can understand these karts are much faster than the 200cc you see in this video. In my channel you can find videos in all the above karts in this track.

I know all you said but this champpionship is so slow with 50 kph.

@@Kriskata330 Yes, but do not forget that this is a Junior event for children between 10 and 14 years old. These types of races is more to build skill, experience and competing mindset in rental karting. Since there are no limitations on who can participate, bringing 270cc or 390cc karts in all participants can be dangerous.

@@AndreasL.Karting I race in SWS in Bulgaria we drive 270cc karts that can go up to 80 kph, so..
