Anyone telling you about grouphead size being a issue are just saying it because its the commercial option. 54mm espresso is 4mm narrower, which makes it 4mm deeper puck, ....its equal to more grounds on top of one another vs across. Smae quantity beans, concentrated vs distributed....This makes for better controlled shots, less issues. E61 is a commercial standard, and that is something if you are stick with one of the standard setups that use interchangeable parts. I have both, a E61/58mm grouphead machine and a 53/54mm grouphead machine. La Spaziale did many things right. There is the Lucca A53 I think Clive Coffee sells, and they made some mostly cosmetic, updates. Great machine. With timer, puts some automation into your morning routine.

The Mini Vivaldi doesn’t get enough love. What a beautiful machine. For just a couple hundred $ more, I much prefer the aesthetics of the S1 over both the Rancilio Silvia pro x and Lelit Elizabeth.

Is your machine broken? It sounds busted! Invest in not cheep eBay stuff and get you a REAL set up

You can't be serious! The La Spaziale espresso machine is made in Italy, plus it's around $2,700.00+ USD to even get one. Clearly, you don't own a REAL "set up" yourself or you'd know of the huge following La Spaziale has in the espresso world.

It's a beautiful machine! I've been using it for just over half a year and I haven't thought twice about my choice in purchase. Though I may someday look to upgrade to something like a Victoria Arduino eagle one prima

Great video! Have you tried using Folgers? You get a more full flavor than the cheep stuff you use! Also use a food processor to grind the beans it’s a more even grind! But keep working at it! Some day you will have it down
