I have been EXTREMELY INTERESTED in this product since it FIRST launched. Man, when I first watched the pre release about it, I KNEW this would be the solution I was going to want. Ive been so stoked about this controller, hoping that I'll be able to find an amazing deal on it next month, for black Friday.

why when i connect the dongle to my laptop its error and said “unable to connect”

There could be a couple of reasons. The most likely are: The dongle has not been paired with the display or you are not on the same Wi-Fi network. We service clients in South Africa, but if you are outside of this region and do not come right with your dongle connection, please contact the MAXHUB supplier who can assist you: www.maxhub.com/en/contact_us/

The vga input on this unit is said to receive both vga and component (1 × VGA/YPbPr). Does the vga output also output for component video ?

Please, can you tell if the Maxhub model you are using is the S55FA ? Are you using EASY NOTE 5 in this video tutorial? I am asking that due the fact it seems you are using tools that originally are not present on Maxhub.

Nice video; curious though (and hope you can elucidate) how VIA is different than the ubiquitous VC and Collab tools like Skype, Teams, Zoom, etc. Do I really need the VIA when I can simply teleconference and collaborate with hundreds (even thousands) of other users/participants using any of these applications. It makes it difficult for me to logicize this for my prospects. What difference/value does the VIA have/add over/to these applications. Kindly advise. Cheers.
