Love this. kzbin.infoUgkxntWMOZsO1Zfv-pdn_XuffEtNkTYAYu4Z recommend Got it a couple weeks ago hated having to wait almost 2 weeks to get it out fishing. This pole is one of our new catfish poles. It stood up quite well today. It casts great. It reels smoothly. The pole is easily collapsible. friend ended up catching only one fish because we didn't have too long to fish, and he reeled it in easily. Good buy. Hubby is happy so I am happy! Looking forward to warmer temps so we can spend more time playing with it!

Wow just seeing this out of the box kzbin.infoUgkxQr1yd4Zc6qJF-scTB6Zb9dQbVpviuRxB recommend I have yet to fish with this set up, but based on the first hands on appeal, I can tell this is going to change the way i pack and carry to a whole new level. If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.

Like Jerry Mander I wanted to see the underwrap in 1 of 3 and 2 of 3 epoxy applied. You kinds chickened out in 3 of 3 where thereis no under wrap!

How many of you frog gigers know that that puff of blood that vanish into thin air without a trace in the JFK Assassination was from a frog? Volume comparison is to frog a human is about a gallon and a half would of splash the window preventing driving can't see. I was there that day not just one frog but two! other one survived that faithful day but not for long. The frog first resemble a salamander with a flat vertical tail! Then it suck in it's tail and began hopping around suppose to be no survivors that day the assassin so close did not allow for scope clearance 4" shot for johns toad brains and that explains THE BULLET IN THE CURB! If one of you brave fingers could do the world a flavor donate one of you tasty frogs to a.308 video shot at about 30 yards. Either hang it from a tree limb or other overhead with string blast it and compare! Another method drill out an cantelope and put the frog in the hole, maybe with a white cardstock sheet of paper for blood tracer detection. If you think I'm lying look up JFK's brain X-ray look thru his garbage can find a steel ball right beneath it a average size hasselti black widow spider. Do the video I'll Paypal you 20 bucks I live in the Northwest and haven't seen a frog in 40 years Fish & Game don't like them they disturb waterfowl!

I got a question for ya. If you stick a gator good, with that giant weighted 20/0 treble on the left, with 1000lb plus rope, and you know you laid it in to them... do you still really need the harpoon? Seems like burying that 20/0 barb isn't going anywhere, no?

Do you have to build up to attach reel seat? Can it go directly to blank w/ no tape? Or does it depend on size?

Thanks for this video. I was brought here when I bought a "custom" rod from a "professional" rod builder and the reel seat came loose and up the rod on day one just ripping an underspin out of grass. I guess if you want something done right you do it yourelf.

Nice presentation, great info. But then I do find it hard to take the guy too seriously, as hes a gator hunter whos shirt reads "GET BIT". . EXACTLY WHAT I AM AVOIDING ....... MAYBE " GET HOOKED UP" WOULD COME OFF LESS WIERD.
@bumpnrunracing81632 жыл бұрын
It's a fishing term used by people who actually go outside and fish. It has nothing to do with his person getting bit.

I'm impressed as I saw a video where someone clocked the speed of various charges and for a one ounce slug, it required a 150 gr charge of Goex to get it up to what I would consider adequate velocity to drop an animal - good to know one doesn't have to break their wrists firing that heavy a load.

This is probably why St. Croix claims to be the best. There is no way but this way unless you have a laser system. I hate lining guides. Have to keep tearing down and redoing. And I do everything by hand....no turner....no nothing.
