Is there an up to date link for the 1.0 version of HOTAC? The one in the description doesn't work anymore. I am looking to get back into X-Wing but I only have 1.0 components so am not really able to move to the new system with everything being discontinued.

Can you explain Chuck Crawford's ship? I have two questions, the IN should be 2, but is showing as 1, so I assume that is just a mistake in the card build as I have seen that Infinite Arenas is starting the Hombrew HotAC at 1 even though for the standard campaign 2 is default. My second question is regarding Crackshot. If I understand the rules correctly, you can't equip a talent until initiative 3 so how does Chuck have a talent? I have only played Local Trouble and was working on upgrading my son's ship and my own before playing this mission, so I wanted to confirm my understanding.

It was an error. He was either I3 or I4 and had unlocked the talent.

They come off at the end of the round

@ReconPaint if you use tractor for the -defence roll. Do they lose a tractor token after they are fired at?

@@stalker1567 No, it remains on the ship till the end of the turn. Each time it is attacked it reduces the amount of defense dice.

Just noting that the facebook group says it "isn't available at the moment" - not sure if that means it no longer exists, or is closed to non-members (in which case how do you join?). Also the discord invite link is invalid.

Really enjoying these HOTAC guides in the series. Couple of things I have found out myself that I think people might find useful. 1) If you right click on the ship you can change the name (this will change text on dial once linked) 2) If you right click on the ship and type init# in the description box - where # is a number it will change the ships initiative 3) If you right click on the ship and type name<name> - i.e. nameSqueeky it will change the ship name on the ships base 4) if on the Ai ships you type "ai" in the description box it will set them to be Ai controlled and you can then right click them in game and choose them to automatically move and do an action. Similar to the Ai websites out there for the irl version - Great time saver!
