Just a fantastic addition. Hard to believe Ramen toys took the whole mess and worked in out. But I disagree, the 89' is my absolute favorite. And it would survive ' railroad tracks ' due to ' bat hydraulics '🦇

Hahahahaha ok, you got me there. Although with the added performances in the White Knight books, I imagine it could do a whole lot that the movie stunt vehicle couldn't. I refer more to the actual one they had on set, though, with comments like that, sometimes, and it was NOT a great vehicle other than to look at, really. Barely functional, and it did need flat movie studio surfaces. He had the bat-lazy Susan in the beginning of Batman Returns, but I never saw pumped up hydraulic wheels in the movies... 😉😉😉 And, agreed, this simple kit solved almost all of the issues instantly.

Not sure. With it just sitting on my shelf, I don't really see a need to go that far with it. I have other customs I'd rather be doing haha. Although if an easy upgrade lights kit presented itself, and I could get it for a reasonable price and all that... Then you never know!

@@MTB214 oh I know. Like I said, it's not high on the priority list right now. What I REALLY need is to figure out how to add a third shelf to the top of my desk so I have room for these batmobiles... There are 3 more coming.... Ugh.

@@MTB214 I moved about a year-and-a-half ago, and to have very little space for displaying figures currently. I have a corner desk in my room and there are two shelves above it that are for figures right now, but there's room for a third shelf on top of that, I just have to figure out how to add it because it's triangle shaped in the corner, and I have to figure out how to attach it to the top of the desk shelf, which wasn't actually made to have another shelf on top.

That's really unfortunate you've walled yourself off from so many great works. I do know people who refuse to watch black and white movies or read older literature. Admittedly it can be a struggle to approach older material, but it's often so rewarding. On the other hand, life is short so if you aren't enjoying old comics why keep trying!

I got similar problems with many books that are considered great and classics. Can't read Tin Tin, for example and I'm sure Corto Maltese as well would work best as a medicine if I'm ever having insomnia. That said, most of the late 90's and even modern comics I'm having trouble with as well. 90's Marvel or DC, I'm solely checking out because of artstyle, couldn't care less about dialogue. Stories in them are often so convoluted that It's best to experience them by reading a wikipedia article about it instead or someting. Modern style doesn't oftentimes appeal to me either, the quip after quip followed by real life pop culture meme or reference is not my idea of interesting action or adventure story. I guess I'm kind of ruined by manga, which is super fast and effortless to read. Easy to follow as well, just start with volume #1 and you'll get the whole thing. That said, there are some older books I still enjoy. Usagi Yojimbo is a great example of 80's book that's still just as redable as it was when it was published. When it comes to European comics, Asterix for example, is still very good .

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that struggles with the writing of older comics. It's something I've been saying for years, but so many comic fans seem to be the exact opposite - preferring older material over newer.

Seven Deadly Sins is a manga and anime series, following a group of knights. Escanor represents pride (which is why he has a lion tattoo on his back - get it? A pride of lions?). I've seen so many people use Escanor for customs and they always end up looking infinitely better than the original figure, honestly.

we have heard the same, some people have ended up with fake or knock off items instead of the real thing. But as far as McFarlane figures go, those seem to all be legit so far, no complaints there other than boxes not being in mint condition sometimes.

I got the Catwoman with the Batpod so won’t be getting this. It’s cool. I had a lot of figures that fell the other night when I went to my figure room.

I noticed that it was a problem most of all back when I had a dedicated figure room.the door was closed so the cats wouldn't get in there and mess everything up and knock things down, but I think it was the act of opening and closing the door which would change the air pressure in the room and create drafts, and that had a tendency to make figures fall when normally they wouldn't. So it's like I was protecting them from one thing but then causing them to fall anyway.

While I would love to have that bat pot, I think I will settle for the two tumblers that I have coming. it still bothers me a little bit that the tires on the batpod are different than the tires on the tumbler. They should be exactly the same. that said, I also still want to go grab my Movie Masters Mattel batpod from my storage unit and see how that scales with the Dark Knight McFarlane figures. I'm sure it will be too small though.

@@VoidCityReviews my cats are kept out of my figures room too. It’s the heat that doesn’t help since it’s upstairs that is part of reason the figures fall.

@MTB214 a very good point. Mine were also on the second floor, but thankfully they were right above where the air conditioner was so they got the highest air flow. When I moved everything to the basement, that's when everything stopped falling down. No cats plus it was cold down there all the time.

I think that can definitely have an effect. Although, I think I'm an exception... I grew up with Reeve and Keaton... I can appreciate them for what they are... But they aren't *my* Superman and Batman, that would be Cavill and Bale. But there are things to like and to nitpick for all versions, I suppose. -Dan

Can you provide a link to this list? It didn't perhaps come out on April 1st, did it, the leak list you were referencing? I'm not saying I don't believe you, but I've seen some of the leaks going pretty far in, and I don't think I've seen that one yet, other than on pretty obviously fake lists.

Looks awesome! I think you could have put the apoxie sculpt on his neck to thicken the cowl, then it would really look like the BATMAN Begins cowl. Just a suggestion. Overall, it looks really great!

There's supposed to be a Dick as Batman coming, but most of the rest of the characters in this are in civilian clothes. I doubt McFarlane would give us Barbara or James, but it would be nice.

@@weeold oh wow, thank you for the advice I hadn't even thought about having to take the whole thing apart to install this. I was kind of hoping it just snapped the old canopy off and snapped the new one in. But I guess that makes sense with the weird rail system it's on.

@@VoidCityReviews yeah there’s bottoms you take off then the seat get taken out too aswell as the button for the canopy release. Plenty vids online on how to do it including from Ramen themselves

I’ve seen a beautiful hot toys marvel and dc collection at a clients home. I’ve seen nice vintage wrestling figures collections and Superman and other collections at other clients. I may get some of the street fighter figures. The game was fun on super Nintendo. I will want to get new mankind figure. I have one of him from about 2000 and one that mick foley figure,

I think I actually may have a spare page puncher and a spare gladiator Superman. Give me a little bit to get to my storage unit and take a look, maybe I can make another video that shows a close up of the whole process, and then when it's done I could just send you the darn thing! 😂😂 I'll add it to the list! I'm planning to make a trip over there pretty soon, there's a couple other figures I'm looking for that I know I have buried in boxes.
