We bought in Westover in Arlington 15 years ago (a 20 min walk from Ballston). Nearly every house in my neighborhood (all detached single family homes) is listing today for over $1M, doubling our home value from when we bought it in 2006. With Amazon coming in, I just see that price range climbing even higher. Go North Arlington!

Yes, those braces looked weird. Especially since we could see her bright smile on her wedding pictures and her teeth seemed nice 🤷🏻♀️

Without a lip on the tabletop of that " Juliet balcony " dishes/cups/glasses could easily fall off the table's edge and go crashing down into the family room below. Safety hazard.

I'd never heard of an escalation clause. That is kind of an unfair advantage for that buyer vs others, isn't it?

Yea, I prefer homes that have been on the market for a hot minute.....That way I can go in, have them do minor remodeling and save thousands but get a house exactly he way I want it.
