Yes. Zwift is available on iPhone. I’ve found using an Apple TV to be the most reliable and it even connects to my wahoo kickr.

Hey, so i have a question. I tried turning on the FX and i seem to be hearing no FX at all. Even when i have them turned all the way up, i get no FX (what im looking for mainly is reverb). Is there anything i can do at all?

Good work man. You'll fix many issues with your swing if you can get your shoulders to rotate more. At the top of your backswing you want your two shoulders to be vertical to the ground. Yours don't rotate much at all you will generate much more power and hit balls straight if you fix this.

I'll have to try that! I can almost visualize the change I need to make. Thanks Jack for the great advice.

hi, i'm new to indoor training and i wanted to ask you how i can do races in rouvy, i thought it was just for cycling, ah by the way congratulations on the content, success
@mpcygan10 ай бұрын
Rouvy took off their running beta software. I imagine they’ll have an official release at some point. The videos they used for running though were choppy and blurry generally since I think they were recorded using a fast moving car.
@mpcygan10 ай бұрын
What I’m doing now is rouvy for cycling, zwift for the treadmill, and :) :) I recently got a vasa swim ergometer. The last piece of equipment has Bluetooth capability but as yet there aren’t any virtual softwares compatible with it. “Swelldone” is so close but not Bluetooth compatible with vasa.
@mpcygan10 ай бұрын
Rouvy is nice for cycling though. You can compete with other’s or your own past performances, participate in live group events, explore new courses, and have automatic resistance on a smart trainer. I hope they continue to develop the platform. For the realism, it’s worth it for me on the bike.

Rouvy is so boring, nobody else around.

Very true! They still have a lot of work to do with avatars, achievements, video stability, (and running) as well.

I'm pretty bummed about the recent removal too! They still haven't deployed an official running tab and they were making such great developments.

Hey great video... how do I choose the proper treadmill that works with rouvy? Thank you
@mpcygan11 ай бұрын
I went to facebook marketplace to buy a treadmill that was powerful 12mph. But it didn't have bluetooth capability. Instead, I bought the "runn" bluetooth module and placed it on the treadmill. Then I calibrated it and it works great. I might be switching to zwift after the summer season is up unless rouvy publishes their run software officially.

So this video from 9 years ago just popped up on my viewing possibilities when I was looking to take a quick break. I know a newer Marian song that you should consider recording that was co-written by two people in a parish in Williamsville, NY. It is entitled "Let It Be Done" . . .

Stay safe! Father Mark Goring would be proud of you! He has a daily podcast which I find very inspiring. A while back he told us of his summer plan to canoe out into the middle of Lake Ontario with an eye droplet of water to release into the lake. He saw it as an opportunity to reflect upon how each of us is like a drop of water in an ocean. I will likely send you a link to those particular podcasts by him.

Michael, thank you for your heart-felt explanation of your mission. In light of the scandals within the world, the nation, and especially within The Church, coupled with the pandemic and the onslaught of moral relativism which, quite frankly, I feel The Church has often been too mild and late in challenging, I at times have been at the point of “giving up”. However, as I pointed out to many within our faith community over the past year, I turn to John 6:66-69 to explain why I still genuinely embrace The Church, perhaps even more firmly than ever before in my life. For the convenience of anyone who might be reading this, I include the verses here which describe the aftermath of The Bread of Life Discourse, a teaching of Jesus which many of His followers found difficult to accept: As a result of this, many [of] his disciples returned to their former way of life and no longer accompanied him. Jesus then said to the Twelve, “Do you also want to leave?” Simon Peter answered him, “Master, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We have come to believe and are convinced that you are the Holy One of God.” I applaud you in attempting to create a bridge across which those who have been wronged by The Church can perhaps edge closer to returning. I, in fact, have a very close friend who remains an avid Catholic, even though she herself is all too familiar with such atrocities. It is through efforts such as yours that perhaps she ALSO can attain an additional degree of healing whenever she feels haunted by the past. Please pray for her, as I will likewise pray for your mission. May God go with you!!

Thank you so much for sharing John. It just makes the project so much more real for me to hear about people like your friend. What awesome faith and witness though to continue being so active in the church!
