This was early/mid June. I will say the afternoon in Old Town was ridiculously crowded with cruise ship passengers- we avoided that time and hit the streets early morning and evening. September is definitely a great time to go.

Hmm you could really spend 1/2 day easily exploring the rooms. To really enjoy you should spend time everywhere. Also if it’s crowded you might need to wait to get space in some rooms. We went early and as the day went on it got way more crowded.

We had a car but if you plug that into google maps it will tell you the trains and busses to take.

Rottenburg to Berchdesgarten probably via Munich train station. Will take probably 4 hours at least?

It was not that bad and I don't like the cold :) When we were researching to go there in December - I was told you can't depend on good weather any time but one thing for sure in December was that these sights would be way less crowded. Loved having some of these sights practically to ourselves.

Definitely plenty of room- the space is huge. The line at bar was a bit of a bummer- wish they had more bartenders that night. We did not purchase the food package so I can’t recall those prices. Drinks are pricey but not overpriced considering it’s London and the environment you’re in (in my opinion) I’m thinking 20-25 per drink? I know my kiddos got hungry and left for about an hour to get some dumplings and soup at an Asian restaurant nearby.

We did the 3-7pm time slot in February. That bed on the far left that we got was ideal as the right side started to fall into shade as the sun set. Our spot was perfect and we had perfect weather.

I didn’t book these until late November/ December. I’m not sure when they first went on sale though. I’d send them a message to see what you can find out. Good luck! It’s a great venue.

I think I paid around 150 pounds per ticket. We did not reserve a table, and I'd do the same if I had the chance to do it again. There are a few free tables along the edges first come first serve, but you won't stay seated. We had such a great time.

Yes - we bought from their website. We bought standing tickets without the table reservation. I think they had different entry times for the tickets.

You will love it. I’m ready to be back there.

We actually turned around right before we got to Arnastapi - walked back, picked up our girls and drove to Arnastapi. It was such a beautiful morning.

Thank you. The apartment is Tenuta La Picola in Furore. The owners are lovely! There’s also a shuttle a few times a day that will get you to Amalfi.
