@BeatsGuy103 Haven't had a single issue with the headset since I've done the firmware update through the turtle beach website on my desktop. Appreciate the help. Headset feels to good on my head so I'm gonna be keeping it . Hopefully it lasts me along time. Now I just need to fix my pulse elites, the Bluetooth dongle stopped working .

you should try factory reset of your soundbar: On the remote, press and hold the Power and Skip Forward buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Same exact thing happened to me . I got them , opened the box , hooked them up to the ps5, they worked fine, I set up the 3d audio, listened to some music, played some prey on the ps5 . Took them off, hooked them to the charger . When I woke up they wouldn't work again . Only used them once . Usb dongle is working fine. Just the headset . Won't even react when I plug it in to the charger now .

​@BeatsGuy103 update , just hooked them up to my PC, updated firmware by following all the directions on the turtle beach website for the ps5 specific 700 gen 2s . Computer detected them and installed the update. It is working with my ps5 now but only wired at the moment , they will not turn on at all unless plugged in . Headset is 1 day old . Anyway thanks for the help . It has been a success , I will come back tomorrow and let you know if the battery held the charge .

In case you haven't watched full video : perform a soft reboot by holding down both scroll wheels on the steering wheel simultaneously until the screen turns black and the Tesla logo appears. This process will reboot the system without affecting your car's settings or driving capabilities.

you may need to disconnect the 12V battery momentarily. and after 60 seconds reconnect it hopefully it will workout If the issue persists, Tesla service might be needed for further diagnosis.

Disconnect Terminals: Loosen and remove the negative (black) cable first. Then, loosen and remove the positive (red) cable. Secure Cables: Ensure they don’t touch metal or each other. Reverse steps to reconnect. Always follow safety precautions and consult the manual if needed.
