Two very nice homes! I thought the first one was going to cost much more! I’m here for the Chris & Chris cook off show😂. ILove an open floor plan and whatever floor the primary suite is on that’s where I think the Laundry should be😊

For < $300k, you CANNOT BEAT the townhouse! I am planning - Lord willing - to move to the Raleigh area this fall from Massachusetts. You cannot find ANYTHING this great here for that price. That home would be $800k here, with $1,000/month HOA fees. Thanks guys for showing these great homes! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Beautiful town home and great price/size for an end unit. The two niches in the main bathroom, wow.. (you really don't see that in most town homes). Recently was in that area and it's a doable walk in the heat and the rain of NC to downtown Wendell :). Love that you do the "measurements" of the homes, it give a great idea of how large they are and the video of the room is great. Thank you both for these videos in the homes. Great job.
