I'm sorry you had cancer and I know this video is 3 years old, but I hope you are doing well now. Personally, I think that if you enjoyed ballet, it's worth a lot more than buying new clothes that you don't really want just to make KZbin videos. I'm in my late 20s and as I'm getting older, (I know I'm not old lol) I'm realizing that spending money on experiences is more worthwhile to me than spending money on new possessions. However, it's understandable that you stopped enjoying ballet when looking at your body made you uncomfortable due to the changes cancer brought and just being unsatisfied with lack of progress, and I think it's completely understandable that you want to do more intense exercise to shape your body into something you're happier with. I also agree with you, that experiencing new things is a way to become like a child again, since children are always experiencing new things. So many adults get stuck and they return to the things they liked as a child to try to feel young again, but it doesn't work, and they think they've lost their inner child, but the truth is their inner child is bored with those same old things and wants something new. As you said, life is short, so we have to fill it with as much enjoyment as we can while we can, and I hope you are able to cultivate as much joy for yourself as possible. :)

Watch a video on melatonin. I’m in the same boat, not willing to take a drug that causes clots and uterine cancer and osteoporosis. It is not a cure anyway, the doc are full of shit. In the lancet study the placebo worked just as well as

I wish you the best. How you feel is valid. Regarding the weight, try to cut sugar and low carb. There are studies around keto diet How it’s good for cancer prevention. I contemplate even starting it.

49yrs old on tamoxifen for 6yrs. Stop taking it 6 weeks ago because my script ran out. OMG I feel like I came back to life. You are not crazy, those feelings are real. But you are very young, its so hard but only you can make that decision. I'm so freaking proud of you. xoxoxoxox

Also, it might come back regardless of the tamoxifen. So if you stop taking it and heaven forbid it comes back, youre not to blame. Living like a miserable zombie sucks too :(

Please dont film while driving, i cant believe noone is mentioning that but please take the time to stop and just focus on the road. It only takes a moment for things to go wrong, your life is so valuble and it could change drastically or even be over in a single moment.

My stage 2 HR+ (both progesterone & estrogen), hers 2 negative breast cancer journey began in April. I’m a bit older than you, 50. I’ve been perimenopausal since my mid 30’s. Hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, brain fog, memory issues, mood swings, anxiety/panic attacks. The hormone blockers, I have not started yet. I’ve had surgery. Opted out of chemo (fell in the grey area). I have 20 rounds of radiation up next, then hormone blockers. I understand they reduce estrogen to lower than menopause levels. The symptoms you are discussing are part of natural menopause as well. If I even think of ice cream it seems I put on 5 pounds. I eat healthy, like you. I exercise daily. Un-sated hunger is also a symptom of menopause :-(. I’m hungry all the time. I eat healthy snacks (vegetables, fruit, nuts) & mostly plant based foods. No matter, the weight won’t stay stable. Increased exercise, can’t loose weight. I’ve never been overweight before. Were you given a cancer coordinator nurse? If so, you can call to find out what OTC options you have to reduce your symptoms. The nurse may be able to talk to your oncologist too, for a prescription to reduce your symptoms. I’ve seen videos & read some women who don’t do good on one hormone blocker, barely have any side effects on the other & vice versus. You have options. Please don’t give up on the blockers, you have a lot of life left. I don’t fully understand your journey, since I haven’t started the blockers, but have experienced the crud of perimenopause naturally for a long time, it sucks. I also know that your oncologist should be able to connect you with financial assistance for your treatment, if you need funds to help you cover treatment expenses. I hope you are able to stay on with fewer side effects. The risk is not worth it as young as you are. All our journeys are unique. I hope you win your battle and it never returns 🤞!

Thank you for sharing. I’m 5 weeks in from bilateral mastectomy with expanders . I’ve had 2 fills , which I was so nervous about , only because I have a phobia of needles. Actually it wasn’t that bad . Yes, I feel pressure, more sensitive areas, some pain, uncomfortable feeling, more pain when first get up in morning, tight feeling. I have to remember to take it easy, one day at a time. Looking forward to when they get taken out. It’s hard to deal with limited movement . Most importantly, taking care of myself is going to help my recovery. God Bless 🙏🏻

I quit taking Anastrozole and Tamoxifen. My quality of life is more important than quantity. My body is devastated from taking the meds. It's taking away 5-10 years of your life, for what.

I appreciate your honesty - it is authentic and real, and that is better than false positivity. The 20’s aren’t easy, and I want you to know you are doing amazing and it’s going to work out. Journal, eat healthy, exercise in moderation, dance when no one is watching, and love your precious self, every day - you deserve that. You are a good person who has been through a lot and you’re still going - still improving & striving for betterment. Have faith and take one day at a time. I believe in you 💙

Good afternoon, I'm in my late 50's and I can relate. My life hasn't gotten easier as I had imagined. My 21 yr old transgender son suffers from anxiety and depression which I can't comprehend . they have no responsibilities to put any pressure on them. Thank you for listening to my getting things off my chest, I enjoyed yours. Have a wonderful evening.

You have a severe misunderstanding of depression and anxiety if you think its only brought on by responsibilities. As someone who's had both, a family member downplaying the struggle is one of the most painful things. No one chooses it, it grips you and pulls you down and the harder you try to fix it the harder it gets. Please underatand this for your son. I wouldnt wish this stuff on my worat enemy. Sometimes we're just as baffled as to why we feel so horrible too, and the guilt from that eats away at one's mind even more.

Hi, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that the cancer will not return. Amen. I would also like to share the following six videos with you about salvation and two videos about evolution: Evolution vs. God kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5TCiGyMqd99ZqM DESTROYING Evolution In Under 3 Minutes kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYjIlIOtp7apaMU Watch the Holy Spirit Work in Her Heart (Very Moving) kzbin.info/www/bejne/n3OooHxoqpuef6s Fearing The Lord, God’s Discipline & Sharing The Gospel kzbin.info/www/bejne/mna2ZoqNa5uAqNE A Clear Gospel Presentation by Pastor Steven Anderson - How to go to Heaven kzbin.info/www/bejne/f4moloCNeN2sqLM The Plan of Salvation kzbin.info/www/bejne/hp7OmYWDhdunlZI How to Get Saved kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5u6lZ6rq9eHbNU The Truth About Hell (Selected Scriptures) kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4fdk5uVmbGkadU Best regards Chris “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life”. God bless you sweetie. I'm on my 6th year on tamoxifen and it's as horrible as ever. I never comment but when you said you have no quality of life I really felt for you. I went from 20mg recently to 10mg but no weight-loss or relief. My bone pain is the worst it's ever been. I contemplate every day if I should stop. I wish you all the best, your so young to be going through this.

i know this is an older video but i also have a pain condition that is effected by my estrogen levels. I have learned how much certain foods influence your hormone levels. if you are off the meds maybe a way to regulate things for yourself might be with diet. i completely cut out all soy (which is added into more foods than we realize), started eating raw carrots and more leafy greens. there are lists you can check out that are 'anti-estrogenic' , or hormone balancing. 💗 sending hugs!

My best friend is lending me her recliner for me to sleep in so I won’t need a wedge pillow and my doctor gave me a prescription for Ambien so I will definitely get sleep. I am having a bilateral mastectomy so I got a 360° wearable pillow for in the car and at home when resting. I go home the same day to avoid hospital infections and the surgeon is giving me a nerve block to prevent the pain immediately after. I think I’m physically prepared but mentally not so much. I’m sad I’m losing my body parts.
