Hello, Thanks for the video. i ahve a query. My assets are using URP and its shaders. When I converted the project to URP, the XR Simulation is quite jittery and materials are pink like the ground plane. I resolved the ground plane material issue but the view is very jittery.

Problem solved! In Unity go to your project folder > Settings > URP-Balanced-Renderer. In the inspector click add renderer feature > set Ar Background Renderer Feature. Do the same with URP-HighFidelity-Renderer and be happy!

ur phone doesnt have ARCore, it is not supported on your phone brother, if you cant find google depth in your play store then the arcore built in feature is not available on your phone

hi, if I want to create an app for both Google play and app store, how do I achieve this? Because in the build settings window I only get an option for Android OR ios but not both. I have installed Ar foundation, could you help me out please?

Hello, you can use the same Unity project, however, you must build it separately for each platform, once for Android and then once again for iOS. Additionally, you will need a Mac to build for iOS.

@@xiennastudio if I build once for android, will I have to do everything over again for iOS? Secondly, is there a way I can work with a Laptop with Windows OS instead of a Mac. Alternatively, if I must have a mac, could I create an App for both iOS and android (not using Unity), then integrate AR features? how might this work.

You just need to do the build part again. You can try to use Unity Build Automation to build to iOS using Windows, but it's quite complex docs.unity.com/ugs/en-us/manual/devops/manual/build-automation/tutorials/building-for-ios Sorry, I am not sure if it's outside of Unity. You can create an AR app without Unity, but I am not sure if you can use the same project for both iOS and Android.

@@xiennastudio hello sorry for the late reply, the message says: Unsupported Input Handling PlayerSettings->Active Input Handling is set to Both, this is unsupported on Android and might cause issues with input and application performance. Please choose only one active input handling. Ignore and continue? (This dialog won't appear again in this Editor session if you'll choose Yes)

I apologize, but I'm not certain how to resolve this. I've searched around and haven't found anyone with the same problem. Can you build it? If yes, have you tested on Android and encountered any problems?

@@xiennastudio Yes I build it and try it on android. All in all it seems fine, looks like it's just a warning for some android devices that will might have input issues.

@@mrdotss4967 In the settings some where there is a dropdown where you can change input mode from legacy, new and both. Not sure anymore where it is. Maybe player settings

Create a new parent on the model, and make sure the parent position is 0, 0, 0. Then change the position of the model, not the parent. You can test it on the editor so easier to see what is the best position.

@@xiennastudioHi. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately the model isn't following the targeted image. The image just triggers the appearance of the model. After that I can completely remove the image and the model still exists. It floats and I can rotate camera around it.

Hi! I loved the tutorial but I do have a problem with the prefabs Interaction Manager and XR Origin reference. I follow your steps at 4:27, but when I create a prefab by dragging it in the project window, it loses the references. Consequently, I can't interact with the spawned items. Any idea on how to fix?

Hi! Losing the reference is fine, as Unity will automatically add the reference when we play the scene. Did you try it on your device or just in the Editor?
