I do warehouse work. Chewy is one I won't work at. For a couple reasons. Number 1 they are just another amazon in terms of figuring out how to keep you busy every second you're there at break neck pace, number 2 all their crap is heavy which means you'll be lifting it. I was a customer and called them to complain about packing issues and since I have watched a few vids of packers claiming they get like 25 seconds to pack a box with items such as 40lb cat litter, tape it and send it down the line. I canceled my Chewy acct they can go to hell. I'm sick of these bastards turning the US into China. There's nothing wrong with hard work but there is a line in the sand and judging by their turnover rate it's clearly crossed. Get a clue you jackasses. And if you want to alleviate your problems with robots then you'll just have less customers. Or at least until our wonderful govt starts handing out ubi. Sad state of affairs. Now get back to work slave you just spent your 10 minute break reading this crap.

I've been ranking metro areas, retirement areas, and small towns across the U.S. since 1985. What the man said in the video is true. Charlotte does have the best combination of attributes that makes for a very high quality of life and standard of living, especially compared to other metro areas around the nation. Awesome Purchasing Power (annual income vs. cost of living), strong economy, great 4-season climate, the geographical center of the Carolinas, unique recreational assets, lots of outdoor activities, very nice people, clean/green/flowering, good healthcare, convenient to tons of day trips from the mountains to the beaches. It's just an incredible place to live. Very well done video!

Have you considered the people who are living in this area and have for generations? Do you know how much traffic is already among those roads? It can not support that type of development and is displacing tons of wildlife. Is it better to build build build in the interest of financial gain instead of preserve and protect natural land? When we have less and les of that. That is what we need. More dedicated outdoor space. Not more apartments and development. Think of the Earth, environemental repercussions, and the harm you are causing to local residents. That space would be better preserved, since it is one of the last that you mentioned. Please consider this and put the overall well being of our Earth (which is a limited resource) and those families who call this area home.
