I am 36 and new to yoga and today was my second day after finding your videos! Thank you for helping me destress and relax from my daily routines! I started with hopes of helping my chronic back pain. I have been in a total of 8 car accidents( both minor and major), 5 years of high school cheerleading back in the day where I threw up stunts and caught girls from the air, and I am over weight( which I am working on). I researched that yoga could help and I do feel the stretches happening! I look forward to continuing my journey with you!!

I’m 76 & have done mat yoga off & on since I was 16. I was getting very frustrated with all the aches & pains limiting what I could do on the mat so thought I’d try chair yoga. I’m up to date 3 & I think I’ve found a great substitute for the mat. Thank you Carol, for the yoga & for being free.

Thank you, excellent stretches today, especially in the lower back and upper legs. And the hamstring stretch is wonderful. Last week I was helping our daughter move apartments and this was great for stretching my back muscles from lifting boxes. See you tomorrow! 💕

Day 22 was another spot on practice! I'm often shaky when settling down, so the opening gentle stretches and breathing work wonders. The warrior and gate poses are really opening up my intercostals, which have been so tight for so long. Thank you Carol. Namaste xx

Carol, I just wanted to say thank you soooo very much for your kindness & goodness! I followed along with you EVERY day on the 28 day yoga challenge! I was ecstatic that I finished, and yes it was a great fulfilling accomplishment!!! You’re the best! Your calm, patient, encouraging voice is second to none! I’m new to yoga, and I was sore for a while. I could definitely tell a difference in a number of ways from my energy level to my flexibility and other assets in between. I will be sticking with you on other videos. So….thank you again for what you do!

I have done mat yoga for years. Thought I would try chair yoga this month & WOW it's amazing, I can't believe how it really gets into the body just as well! I have a question when the hand goes to the back & side of the chair is it flat against the side of the chair or on the chair seat ? I can't see this & so just was wondering?

Carol, thank you so much! This is becoming an almost daily practice (goal is daily), and I'm loving your videos. I've been recommending them to others, and on a Facebook site I am on for intermittent fasting, called Simple. This is such a great thing for someone like me with very limited mobility - I'm proud of myself that I am even doing the standing poses!

I was quite shaky this morning as I started Day 18, so focussed on the breathing. I appreciated the ongoing abs work and was able to do all the standing poses - although with one hand on the chair! Thank you Carol. Namaste xx
