I remember one time, me and a coworker were going to lunch from landscaping. We noticed a small head peaking over the curb and noticed it was a turtle. He looks over at me and asks if i wanted to help it across. So i got out and started to pick it up from the front, and it launched its neck out and almost bite me. So i thought "ok plan b" i picked it up by the sides and started carrying it. The bastards claws started scratching up my hands. I had to put him down a few times just to relieve the pain. So after about the 3rd time i said fuck it and just grabbed and tossed it. It was ok, but when i got back into the truck, his smug ass looked at me and asked "You ket a turtle kick your ass?" I didn't know what kind of turtle it was at the time other than a snapper. So from that day forward, i called them Dick nosed turtles. And they live up to the Dick part of the name.

Florida Softshell Turtle, fast, have long necks and can be aggressive so be careful helping cross the street.

One of the MANY reasons I hate kids, little brat deserved it. So glad I chose to never reproduce. Also I love these guys. I saw them in Pittsburgh, they were awesome!

probably don't buy crested ducks, though. crested ducks are prone to health problems and don't live very long.

Pay attention to what the OP said. It's true. I'm here now in Dec 2021. They do turn the music off between 9:30 and 10pm but it's super loud until then and reverberates off the surrounding buildings. Would not stay here again if you paid me to.

Thank you! It was terrible having to live next to this for almost a year. The worst part was it didn't start until a couple months into our lease because it was under construction when we moved in. If I had known beforehand, I would have found somewhere else to live.
