bahahahah challenge accepted! I was going to just go to my 5s again for pump curls and I kept the 10s! Weird faces and all! At the beginning of the workout I was like, oh yeah look at me going up to 30s for the chest press... well muscle fatigue set in and by the end I was like WHERE ARE MY MUSCLES?! Oh my goodness! I have to now go wash my hair for date night with my hubby for our 21st anniversary and I'm not sure I can do it! At least he can help me get my coffee in the morning if my arms decide to take the day off...

I am obsessed with this series/style! I felt like I was stuck at the same weights for a while now but I have PR'd twice this week! Also, thank you for the reminder to breathe. I tend to hold my breath when lifting heavy.😅
