This is better than the original by Diane Dufresne. Sad it hasn't been made into an English version. The flow of music on this particular recording is haunting and exciting. Desire has done an excellent job - Thanks.

This is actually a cover of Diane Dufresne's "Oxygène". Look up "Les Hauts et les Bas d'une hôtesse de l'air" if you've never heard her music, she's one of Quebec's greatest.

I offer this piece to my sweet grandmother Cecile, who passed away two months ago. For the moment I can't quite bring myself to listen to the song, just thinking about it breaks my heart. But I know I'll get back to it eventually, it perfectly expresses all that can't be said but only felt xxx

I remember when I first heard this song on the movie L'autre monde, it was presented as "la chanson plus belle du monde" and I felt so emotional, such a beautiful song.
