Smite 2 has been so boring for me. The lack of god selection and items is making this alpha play test just uninteresting. Like they brought two "new" gods... but then took away anhur. Hecate ins't even in the game and they need to do a better job with item relics. Half the time I forget I even have them while in a fight. Holding a button/key to interact with things takes the flow out of the game and a lot of core mechanics are just so clunky. I know this is an alpha, but I would rather wait a few months to play a more polished alpha or just not play an alpha until they release a beta. It's been so boring that I'm contemplating on not even playing the next play test. I hope they continue to make some big pivotal changes (I am rooting for them).

It's really frustrating you'll have to wait ages to get the number of gods you had in smite 2. I'd rather have them work on getting more old gods faster to have a full roster rather than work on new ones that they haven't even released yet

Hirez took my account when they disabled the -nosteam launch command. Played since season 2 and had every t5 skin and had the opportunity to play multiple times with weak3n. Multiple tickets with hirez and they say there is nothing they can do. Company is legit Garbo.

This game feels like if they took the soul out of smite and then ported it to unreal 5. Also I don’t understand why they don’t just transfer the current item system to smite 2. The new item system is generic, boring, and busted

Hirez shouldn't have done alpha testing. They thought people would understand that the game wouldn't be in a good play state because it's an alpha and that they're literally testing the game. But instead of valid feedback, the most constructive criticism I'm seeing the alpha get is that HiRez is LowRez and if you play smite 2 instead of smite 1 you're trolling. GG we're killing smite 2 before it launches.

On the bright side. If this game is fumbled hard, at least I can go back and play smite 1. Unlike another multiplayer “sequel”

The “release” was way too early. They should’ve announced it and continued a year’s worth of support for smite 1 until it was ready. The game is really fun but it’s nowhere near close to done or even an improvement over its predecessor.

I tried to give feedback about smite 2 in the smite discord. My opinion is that the gods and items available right now make for a very bland game when a lot of people thought like “Oh my god I’ll be able to try out so many cool builds now that I can build anything on any god!” But it’s just not how it is. It’s really just like INT neith and haha funny crit Ymir. The items are weird. 30% of items are actives and about half of the actives are kinda lack luster (mostly just remakes of smite 1 relics in a 2500 gold item). That shows a lack of creativity in my opinion. I got shat on so hard in that discord just for sharing an opinion. Smite 2 ain’t lookin great tbh

Ullr isn't hard to play, you do the same combo over and over and he's a hunter. All hunters are easy to play and are made for new players.
