Purchased an SC4 last year. Kept it cause of room size limitations and the ability to use E6 courses. Unfortunately all shots are straight and it doesn’t register chips or putts. Kept waiting for improvements updates but never happened. Now SC4 Pro is out, but you don’t say nothing about registering chips, putts or E6 courses. Voice Caddie let me down with the SC4. Not sure I want to buy your products. How can we trust your company when you leave your customers hanging?

Guess it’s all about $ and not customer appreciation! Maybe VC would feel better if they charge an upgrade fee for all of us who bought SC4 ? I could see if it’s a whole new unit but just an upgrade to an existing unit packaged as a new unit is just not right!

@@Right1971 If you guys are happy with the performance of your SC4, and it works with the recommended software, you should be jumping for joy. I purchased the NEW SC4 Pro a couple of weeks ago, and it's a major disappointment. The Voicecaddie software doesn't work well at all. It reads every shot as going to the right no matter how you swing. I literally aimed left and it showed as a push right. This happens both indoors and outdoors. I've seen others complain about the same issue. Additionally, the unit doesn't work with the E6 software that it's supposed to work with. Been on the phone with both Voicecaddie and E6, and neither company can give me a solution to make the software work. So as far as I'm concerned, this thing is useless as of today. Supposed to be some software updates in January, so I'll wait and see what that brings. If nothing to solve these basic issues, I'm returning this thing.

Why isn't there any mention of the complete software package that comes with the device? No mention of E6 here or on the Voice Caddie website. How many courses are included?

This should be offered as a firmware update to existing SC4 owners. This is shameful. Instead of making your product better as promised, you decide to redress it as a new "product" and leave all your existing customers that believed in your product in the dust. At a minimum, you should of offered an upgrade path for a fee. Thank GOD , I'm in my return window. Another Amazon Prime Day deal that wasn't.

I was pretty irked too. But I guess a firmware update was impossible with the existing models. I also contacted them and they said the app isn't available until Jan 2025. What they are offering in South korea for 2 weeks is a trade in program for about 50% off. This is a huge upgrade so I just took it.

Anybody know how to go back to the previous screen? For example, from the device info screen I cannot figure out how to go back. Taps and swipes don't work. Press and hold the button to turn the watch off is the only thing I've found. That or wait for the watch to time out.

I just got the watch and trying it out yesterday, when I stand on the first hole tee box, it gave me hole number 9 map. I cannot seem able to change the proper hole. It is so frustrated. There is no information how to select the proper hole. Anyone has the experience.?

haven't used mine in a few months. went to use yesterday after having the watch charge overnight, used it yesterday and powered off about the 12th hole, how long does it need to charge for on first use after a few months?

Things I hate about my T9. The touch screen can be unresponsive, especially at the top or bottom. Sometimes I get to a screen and the only way back is a swipe in the upper part and no go. I don't trust scope adjusted yardages. I was standing next to the 100yd pole and the green was way above me and the watch showed 100yds. I know I can turn it off but that also turns off green slope view. Now that alone would be ok but when you raise your hand to see the yardage it goes to the green view for 10 seconds or so and it's blank. Waste of time. The various watch faces to tell time are all lame. Otherwise it's pretty ok.

You are able to add another account for your spouse by logging out of your account and having your spouse create their own account. Hope that helps!

Makes more sense to just be able to add a profile. Creating a separate account, logging in and out on one device is tedious. Hopefully, you can incorporate my soultion in an app update. It would be a much better app.

Can you also suggest an improved iPad app… there is a lot of wasted space on the iPad screen. Would be nice to have larger data boxes and when you on the range with your pitching wedge, the range should be zoomed in. Dont need to be seeing 350 yards when selecting the wedge and trying to hit 130. The shot tracer is so small when it’s in that orientation. If you want to be competitive with the competition, then see what they are doing in there apps. The units it’s self is nice and I can deal with what it is for it’s price point, but could be so much more entertaining with a better app. I guess the only good thing is, I can run the E6 app and practice on their range, but like I said, the swing caddie app, could easily be improved.
