What a fabulously refreshing, open and interesting conversation. So helpful to hear from two women in the public eye that have different upbringings talk about how their early life shaped them and why they are working on themselves to make sense of those early years. I could listen to Michelle and Trinny all day long. Loved this. ❤

Dear Trinny and others out there… I’m a 60 year old woman and as a part of my brutal culling process, do I let go of my skinny jeans that I have put away in another closet?? Please advise. Thanks

I did a personal development and self awareness course thinking I was a bit apprehensive thinking it would be too woo woo etc , have to say I ended up loving it . I was of the mindset get up get on with it over analysing was more damaging . Never really understood the concept of self love but but but … I would 💯 recommend it . Definitely no losers in doing something like this . Just wish I had some e or years ago !!

I thought it was cringe when I was told to wrap a nice blanket around that little girl and put her in a special place in your heart , she’s always there but she’s sleeping now and peacefully. Now embrace the woman you’ve become . If you don’t tend to that little girl / teenager etc you as an adult will always act out your emotions as an adult in a childish way / behaviour. I find some people as adults are so stuck there .

Michelle has such a comforting, warming mother energy that is entirely authentic and enriching for those that never had it. She has done so much for the LGBT community

What a lovely woman, Michelle Visage!❤ Great advice from both of you regarding bullying, however that only helps to combat outright and in the open bullying. My daughter had to deal with more insidious forms of bullying: exclusion on the playground, kids not wanting to sit beside her, not getting invited to birthday parties or play dates. You cannot stand up to that as a child or parent because the argument always is that the kid(s) doing the excluding can't be forced to play or invite a kid they don't want to play with or invite. I tried and that is the answer I got from the parents. Fortunately she is now 17 and has found her people but we had very hard years that broke my heart.

My golden rule is don't try on anything that you've already decided to cull: it will look good, you'll think oh I'll keep it and wear it. Come next cull you'll realise you haven't actually worn it so just get rid of it from the off. And don't cull with a friend who isn't absolutely ruthless about the process, otherwise you'll end up keeping almost everything.

I’ve been doing these exercises since you posted them here on KZbin and at first at IG. Thank you very much Trinny and Nat.. I don’t know if someone ask here already.. what are the foods you eat Trinny? And how many times? Do you count your calories? I mean.. what’s your daily regimen?btw your body is so fab.. wow.. those abs and arms.. really! A great motivation for women at our age. I really do hope you give us a glimpse..I mean you already do give us a lot of insights in your daily posts and stories.. but I would really love to hear more from your food intake 🙈… sorry if it’s too much…

The thermals are the key things to stay warm in the NE in winter Thermals and a warm coat allow you to otherwise dress normally. You don't want to be sweltering when you go inside.

I find your content and dressing style increasingly dettached from reality. You constantly clear out your closet just based on the amount you feel you need to cut. And you do have too much, so just stop shopping..you have worked hard enought to keep the same figure so you can rewear the treasures from your past, you dont need more clothes just to get rid of them in the next video..

Somehow Trinny’s new role doesn’t ring true. Please stay with fashion and style and dive deeper rather than reinventing as having expertise in areas you are not known for. Not saying you don’t have good things to say but there are already SO MANY of this type of podcaster. We need you to stay true to fashion and stying- just expand your reach into fashion-you are so good at that.

How do you manage at the airport? Whenever I fly I am restricted to a 7kg weight limit for hand luggage. I would love to be able to squish more into my bag but have to keep it under the 7kg. Of course there is check-in witj a much higher limit, but I'm curious about how you can have so much in carry-on.

So many dark colours! Where's the usual pzazz? And some overly faffy, fussy pieces. Soz, not a fan. The best outfit is the first - jeans and yellow jumper.
