Damn, just lost my Dad in August (2024) and like many Dads my had his "chair" and this song makes my cry instantly. Rick lost his Dad 43 years ago and still cries about it. Dads are the best things God ever created. (Moms too :)) Thank you Rick Springfield for this amazing song I will probably be listening to for 43 years like you)
