What’s the difference between this unit and a Tens? I can’t afford to purchase every new gadget purported to improve one’s health.

I'm autistic and have a monkey mind so I have to go wherever it jumps to. I've never been able to "meditate" but am great at sitting and ruminating instead. I have uncovered a lot of answers to problems and riddles while doing this.

This is a routine I did when I had terrible back pain, like sciatica, when I had covid. It really helps and I haven't had such bad pain again. I also do the more dynamic stretches after a short walk and finish with legs up the wall for 10-15 minutes. I read it may help with post exertional malaise, which I get if I overdo things. There's a theory that the veins returning blood from the legs after exercising aren't working well in people with chronic fatigue and need some help from gravity and that this may lessen PEM. Thank you for a great video ❤💕

What a lovely setting for this video. This is a great routine for me as I carry a lot of tension across my shoulders and my posture isn't the best either (working on it, though). Thank you 💕⚘️❤

I suffer from this disease too. My heart goes out to everyone with Lyme. This is one heck of a surreal disease. It's good to research. And there are people who have healed from the disease. I'm going to look into rewiring my brain. Homeopathy helps. That description in the book applies to me, plus, I wasn't good at setting boundaries.

This is perhaps the best meditation advice I have ever heard. I’ve been to many med retreats etc and there is always this agenda of a quiet mind. But this is brilliant. The pressure is off not to not think. I can now think, just be aware of what I am thinking. I love it!

I've been suffering from a pinched axillary nerve for 3 weeks. Finally today I managed to loosen up the neck joint that was trapping it, leaving my spine immensely sore in the process. I was able to slap an ice pack on it and focus over the soreness, this is the first time in 3 weeks I have been able to meditate pain-free. I almost cried.

What if that chronic illness involves brain damage which makes it impossible to look inwards, and you lose all of your mental barring as your life begins to fall apart because you can no longer function but everyone else assumes your healthy just because you look like it so they all treat you like garbage

I’m so sorry you’re going through this right now ❤️ People can be so cruel. This is just one of what I’m sure are many possibilities and perspectives. I don’t have a clear answer for you, but I hope that someday you may find peace and a higher purpose in all this ❤️

The lack of understanding and empathy is one of the worst aspects of having a chronic illness. Nobody believes you are sick and if you ever do manage to get out and do things, they think "Aha, I knew she was faking it". They don't see the weeks after when you can't do anything because you've crashed again. I now just don't care what people think, or try not to, and take care of myself.

i hate it when they act like a reall review but then chill there "discount" code in the end. Everyone knows its an affiliate link and your getting paid. Im doubting to buy this product and then seeing these kind of reviews are not helping
@SantoshaSpirit
@SantoshaSpirit Ай бұрын
Hey, I get it. Influencers are always pushing something, so I understand why you’re skeptical. Yes, this video is sponsored which helps me keep the channel going. I only ever share products that I’ve tried myself and fully believe in. This is why I don’t do sponsored posts like this very often. This video is a short snippet from my full review which you can watch here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/p3vKZ2ibjryta9E I still use Nurosym every day. It helped me recover from Covid, and it helps me to manage my ongoing POTS symptoms. It’s backed by loads of research, and I don’t get any kickbacks if you choose to use my code. It’s just there for you to save a little bit on your purchase.
