yeah this one in the video worked for moneys, even a year to be fair and then a roofer used it and it broke. then I got another 1, broke in 2 minutes, got another broke in 1 minute. so I've gone to the old fashioned normal one now. they're gimmicks for a reason

you should try it, like I said at the end, it's help me take 2:30 off my half M time and with the industry on its arse it's help me stay focused and calm. its horrible getting in and once out, but whilst in there it's easy.

I can't confirm its the same but it is Ikea so it will probably be the same cover that fits both sides because since they're washable and changeable. should be good either way. maybe ask the seller or go on the Ikea website and look at the specs and if it says 2 of this then you know its the same

it would have lasted longer but a roofer used it to test a leak and it broke. then I bought 2 more and they both exploded within 5 mins. so I've gone normal hose now.

Yeah its just easier, my wife prefers me bald.... so she says ha. its easier in daily life, motorbike riding, when running, just shave off & be happy. think of it like this the rock, Jason statham etc, all shaved it off, they are happy.

shave your head this summer whilst its hot weather. if you don't like it & get people saying why did you do that then grow it back & seek Turkey hair transplant. if you get people saying you look amazing, why didn't you shave it sooner then be happy, save money and invest that money into something you'll enjoy or will make you money.

If you are losing at the front of back it's safe to go for it but if you go like i have fully, its a waste of time. I tried various types of things like finasteride, minoxidil etc even after the hair transplant they said keep at it for bit. I went thin about 25 years old. I researched a lot and then found this strip of hair to fill in method. It was meant to fade after a few years but never has really. If I hadnt done this and it gone wrong, Id have just shaved off originally and waited but Now I feel like why waste money. my wife says I look good bald, others say the same, Its easier to just shave head than go the hair dressers also.

Like I said in the video, I should have not had it done so early. I should have just shaved it off & waited for 10 years to now. I had it done 12 years ago when it was scar or shave off.

They say after transplant it’s best to take finasteride and minodile to keep the transplanted hair. I know a clinic that can turn completely bold man into head with full hair call eugenics. But ur right better to go bold I have small receding hair at 44.

What side effects you have on finasterid?

@@Silverpump no side effects yet but I was on propsia finesterdie but my pharmacy now changed to generic one and am a bit sceptical they say it’s the same ingredients will see…

the wigs are crap, they're glued on, you need to look at Turkey for it, don't worry about the temple, just the front you should sort of anything. I tried various things but I got the shit d*#k so I stopping & just did the surgery. I'd just shave head of you feel bad about balding & see how you feel. It can always grow back & then go turkey if you want to do surgery.

all drugs basically take testosterone from somewhere to your head but don't work. Just stop with drugs, shave head & be happy or stop drugs & look at Turkey. two people I know with hair line did Turkey & it worked.... For now. Or save money, shave head & put the money to something that will make you money.

You can use whatever you like but it's easier to work with plasterboard cutting wise than wood.

No but I was happy with it doing called. I just turned the stereo source to input/aux, put the volume up & said hi. I've since got a car with bluetooth but for the money this is an awesome item. I used it for easily 4/5 years.

I myself would change the tyres as they’re very flimsy & thin. my first ride on the canal & i got a flat from glass, if the tyre had more tread grip, i feel it would have lasted longer. I got the 2023 merida for £1200. I'm happy with it but defo tyres are crap.

I'm in Oldham area. Your mountain bike may need servicing. its slow because it may need a few new things on it. My bike is going in for a service next week its 6 week post purchase one. Its a good bike but I did crash it 4 times in one day 2 weeks ago, thankfully I didn't scratch it more than the break leaver.

@@ianburton2058 no I crashed because I used cleat pedals on the towpath and forgot about them when I needed to take my foot out fast. I messed my hand up but it’s fine, gotta learn and improve.

I don't have this anymore but when mine turned on it said "your bluetooth device is connected" in a weird ladies voice. It worked and stuff but I used it for years. Maybe I got a good one. but I now have a car that has it built in. I mean for what under £10 I couldn't grumble about it. it meant I could chat and listen to music without the Police stopping me.

Thanks I appreciate the follow. Yeah I'm not swollen anymore but the palm hurts and my wrist does also. I'm gonna try some light weights at the gym with a support this week I think and get my bike checked out at the shop I bought from. I'm gonna improve my riding for sure. I can't have those parts concur me. I will figure out a way of getting better and using the pedals better also. I'm planning on getting some go pros soon so I can video it all and the journey. once you go gravel bike you will end up selling your road bike because you really don't need both. you can always get a spare set of wheels for the road and then just switch wheels as you want to.

Yeah i came to a crossing on my first ride and a lady laughed at me being like oh wait sh8t. I said i'm attached to the pedals, she was like ohhh ha.. This ride of 4 crashes was like, first one i went down like cant get the feet off so down i go. second, i was like yep again, third was my fault, i broke and just went down and 4th i was like that platform i'm hitting it even though i don't want to and i did yet i forgot i was in the side of the cleats i cant get out of and just went in and gone. f*ck'd my wrist up. then continued for 3 miles and i've suffered for a week. almost good now but gotta get back on the horse as they say.

haha, yeah that's why I'm gone with half and half because roads its awesome, towpath no good. my hand is almost better but f me ha.

Yeah same, I'm selling my crap old hybrid bike now. I love this bike. It does need to go back to the shop as the front break is abit loose but I've got a free 6 week service to come. as for the gears, great. I mean there could be more variants of them like maybe a higher gear for really steep hills and lower for down hill but overall. its a great bike for the money. I'd go tubeless if you can but carry tubes just incase. I went with the cleats also for pedals which is a thing to get used to, i forgot about them recently and almost fell off haha. let me know how you get on with yours and thanks for the comment and viewing it. i hope you enjoy it.

Really enjoyed your video. I’ve just ordered flat pedals just for comfort at the moment. I would probably look at tubeless alright and use some sort of puncture protection but I’d be very new to that so Wouldn’t even know where to start. I had a Cube Hyde race which only had 8 gears in an internal hub which I found very comfortable to ride just didn’t have the speed and I really struggled on hills/climbs. I’m living in a country hilly area so roads are quite rough so really looking forward to seeing how comfortable this bike is and taking those hills.
